However, dragging my 17 year old daughter into the mix is REALLY tough even though her ambition is to be a nuclear family trad wife. I did catch her watching your podcast. So there is hope. Anyway, good job. You give me hope for humanity.
I was put on blood pressure about four years ago. What tincture is used for high blood pressure. I was told taking potassium and magnesum every day is important.
Im homeschooling my Autistic son this year and was met with alot of negativity about it from my husband, mom amd a few friends turns out to be the best decision of my life its working out better than I could have dreamed of and my husband is now happy with our decision. I started my journey 18 years ago and am off all meds ( the standard 3 hi blood pressure, pre diabetes, and cholesterol.) I am in my 60s and am so healthy. Please explain about the food and specifically what you do to get off all meds. We are definitely cleaning up our diet. We love Azure and growing our own food. I have hashimotos and hypothyroidism. ADHD is in our family. I was pre diabetic and have diabetes, cholesterol and heart issues in my genetics. My daddy passed a few years ago with heart issues. I don’t want to follow in my genetics footsteps. Multiple reasons other than that are opening our eyes so I’m trying to get any advice.

I saw this very interesting video that won me over. I was also thinking when you said you are single, that you may get some interesting offers from young men who think like you and may have seen you on the Glenn Beck show. I used to call myself an "apartment farmer" but then I moved to a house and have much more dirt, so I'm no longer "dirt poor." I wish I was better at gardening. I do lots of canning, but I want to try more things. Theoretically, you are not supposed to can pumpkin, but I do it anyway. I add lemon juice (you can't taste it) and pressure can it.

(a Dutch veteran that had of the ratrace and have our (wife/ our 2 adult kids/2 grandkids dont live with us ofc ;) ) own relativily nice plot (for dutch standards big (non professional farmers) ... 14.8acres) where we homestead (dutch government discourage it ...but we are 85-90% fully selfsufficient) Its nice to see people the age of our kids making the wise choice to "disconnect" from the fast ratrace of the big city and social media... I'm sure that I don't practice the very best where my health is concerned, but I do what I can. Over the past several years I have had food poisoning a couple of times, & have been in bed for a couple of days with a migraine or two (not in years, but have in the past), but I have not been sick or gone to a doctor in 23 years!!! Even that was just for a checkup (just because I had health insurance back then). I, THANKFULLY, have not been to a doctor from being sick since 1996, & that was for a kidney infection that I inflicted upon myself from eating too much sugar & drinking too many sodas. I am very blessed to have good health, & am very thankful for it. Of course God gets the ultimate glory for that, but I also contribute part of it from staying away from doctors & meds (even over-the-counter)... which actually should credit God, since He gave me the wisdom to stay away from. Anyway, again, I have family members who think I should at least go for "check-ups" (but I feel & am doing fine so why go to ask for an ailment), while these same family members have been going to doctors & taking their "crap" for decades, & have never gotten better. I say "NO THANKS!"! I'm 64 years old, & I plan on continuing to do as I do.

It's the only issue that I have that when I don't take the med, my bp skyrockets to where I can feel it. The others (cholesterol, thyroid, etc.), I don't feel any difference except when I see the "numbers" from the lab work. Not taking advice from people who look sick goes along with Prepper Princess who says, don't take financial advice from people who are broke. Guess it works for everything. Also, the only raw goat milk I could find on line comes in powder form and is only for cats & dogs. I guess they have a reason that they don't want us drinking it. I've seen the comments of people trying to go against what you're saying, but you actually make sense to me.
