Very cool. I'm a bit disappointed that I have the speaker buzz - and I just bought mine and it's r1.0 Still great device though!

Does anyone know if the flat top or button batteries are required? Some devices will allow either one, but not both. It looks like he is using flat top, but I see a good deal on button top batteries with charger, so I would like to know if they will work.

I sometimes go portable and use UNUNs with FT240-43 toroids to handle 100W SSB or 30W FT8. Do you think the FT114-43 toroids will be able to handle this power level ?

I finally completed the 2m Moxon build today. SWR is 1.1 on 144.200 and 1.24 on 146.52. I'm very happy with it. So easy to put together. Danke schön, Manuel! If anyone has modified the center adaptor part I'd love to print various versions. Currently in need of one with a 10mm hole for a carbon fiber mast.

Thank you, Manuel! I've been using the (tr)uSDX for a year, and it's such a great little piece of tech art, considering its hardware limitations. Unfortunately at some point the SMA connector broke away from the PCB, along with some traces, so I had to replace it by BNC flange connector, externally mounted to the body, it works fine. 73 R1BNG

I got one of those and it did not work untill i cracked it open and . fixed the mike circuit it had unusable audio .... i wish i would have found you sooner if i get another one of these i will get ahold of you first ! thanks for your work and keep up the good work

Hi Manuel, what budget RFpower amplifier do you recommend to use with the (tr)uSDX? I've heard you can get one with filters to avoid making a mess on the band but I don't know anything else about it, I think it provides an output of about 40W. Thanks. 73's. LW3EOV. M6BGG

I used this exact method to zero my frequency, I even have the same dummy load. However I noticed the tr usdx constantly transmits even when the PTT button is not being pressed. It’s a very low output, but still visible on my 7300 waterfall. Is this normal?

As this video is 2 years old, is the information about the alternative band modules around 26:00 minutes still accurate? What band module is shipped by default in mid August 2024?

Would be great to see those bands alive again in SSB/CW. Unfortunately it can be very frustrating outside contests. But your / Davids design is great and hopefully will motivate OMs to become more active.

Hi could I please ask what is the total length and width of the 70cm antenna as when I tried to put it on my 3D printer the file shows as being too long to print, as the model was off the edge of the printer bed, I have a creality ender v3 which has a bed of 220x220.
