I'm here to help! What part of the story do you feel like you're missing? The only stuff that hasn't been collected is the some of the non-main universe stuff like Drakkon: New Horizons, Pink, and Power Rangers Universe. Is there a part of the story the seems like you're missing?

You know what I'm going to say ... Hoopla! No spines required! I've had good luck with all of my books and feel like they're some of the best made books in my collection but regardless of format this is a story that deserves to be read.

I've definitely heard the "ripoff of Voltron" criticism before, the funny thing is the first Super Sentai series (the base series that Power Rangers reuses the footage from) Himitsu Sentai Gorenger came out in 1975, a full 6 years before Beast King GoLion (the original Voltron series) in 1981. But as a kid growing up in the 90s, Power Rangers was just the perfect mix of teen drama from shows like Saved by the Bell and awesome action sequences that my parents didn't think was "too violent for kids". Hope the volume was better on this one!

Whoa, love the new logo! And thank you, that is high praise. I realize I'm biased as I grew up with the team, but I genuinely think the Power Rangers comics are the best team super hero book coming out. Perfect balance of character development and fantastic action sequences

Yeah man, most the writers on Massive-verse titles cut their teeth on Boom Power Rangers. Kyle Higgins launched MMPR and Radiant Black, Parrott, Melissa Flores, and Matt Groom all had turns on Power Rangers titles and are either writing or have written MassiveVerse titles

I read the first two Hardcover collections of the current IDW run, they were pretty good. I'm interested to go back and check out the Sophie Campbell run at some point, but I've got the Jason Aaron relaunch already pre-ordered. Joelle Jones, Rafa Albuquerque, AND Cliff Chiang?! That is an amazing list to kick it off!

You're talking my language here! I absolutely do think so, I feel like it would play out similar to The Wolf Among Us, my favorite Telltale game. Button based dialogue choices letting you decide if you want to confront someone in an aggressive manner or more sly and strategic with your questions, quick time events for the action sequence, all backed by a great jazz soundtrack composed by Jared Emerson-Johnson? Sign me up!

Thanks for the heads up, I think the software I use for editing doesn't play the video preview volumes the same levels at the output. I've been trying to find the right level but looks like I need to keep working on it. Was there a particular section of the video you noticed the music covering up my words?

Yes, from 7:13 the music volume increases. I'm listening through my Samsung phone speakers.

CARL! What's up, buddy? Of course you know about all of these, you've got great taste. I've read a few of the other Energon titles, specifically Duke after you raved about Reilly's art so highly. Checked out the first issue of Cobra Commander and didn't really do it for me, think I'm waiting on the rest of the GI Joe titles until they hit trade at this point. I have high hopes for Kelly Thompson's Scarlet!

I can help! With Unlimited, those are a series of standalones that have been printed in the mainline hardcovers. This Mighty Morphin/Power Rangers Book 1 hardcover has 2 of the Unlimiteds (Heir to Darkness and Edge of Darkness) and next month's Book 2 has more, as does Book 3 which will round out the Ryan Parrott run. Right now, Drakkon hasn't been printed in one of the main hardcovers and I don't see that changing. I could see Boom printing that in a future volume of side stories along with stories like Pink and The Return, kind of like what they did for the OGNs in Lost Chronicles. Either that or they could do a Hardcover just with material from the Coinless Universe. Thanks for checking out the video!

A lot of the background music was done by our friend Skip who we reference a lot through our conversation. There was no way I was going to talk to Kicks without finding a way for Skip to be there. Since he passed last year, his music being the background was the best way to do that

Ha, I haven't finished it yet and I it's a constant point of anxiety for me. At this point, I think I'm going to hold off until Mighty Morphin / Power Rangers Deluxe comes out at the end of the year. That'll be the end of a big Power Rangers era and I think at this point the reading order makes the most coming out then to coincide.
