Sunrise Beach Walk in North Africa | Essaouira Beach, Morocco | 4K SOUNDSCAPE

Sunrise beach walk in North Africa on Essaouira beach, Morocco. Essaouira is a small fishing village on the coast of Morocco. The beach here runs from the fishing harbour all the way along the edges of the town and stretches off down the coastline. This recording I made the morning after I had arrived to this town. I hadn't been down on the beach yet and was really just recording my morning walk exploring what the beach had to offer. There are a few other people taking morning walks or runs along the beach at this time. There are also a few occasions where I am joined/chased by a couple of stray dogs.
The sounds in this recording include ocean waves, people walking by, footsteps stepping through the shallow waters of the shorebreak and the occasional seagull overhead. The beach is very flat and pretty featureless so this walk is quite a simple half hour stroll along the beach at sunrise. I hope you enjoy :)

I really wish this was longer especially during the night sequence. This made me sleep like a baby until it went off and something much less nice came on. It's exactly what I was looking for. Not rushing water, but gently lapping water and the auditory flavor that you can hear the water encountering obstacles both near and far. Exquisite.

Did my national service at Simon’s town, lived in St James. Walk to Kalk Bay harbor for fresh yellowtail (straight from the boat) and Sunday afternoons at the Brass Bell Good times!
