Titan Fitness Mini Farmer's Walk Handles Review

Titan Fitness mini farmer's walk handles review. I wanted a set of farmer's carry handles that would not take up a lot of space in my garage gym. These farmers carry handles are perfect that that reason. They are very inexpensive and well designed. I have been more than pleased with these farmers carry handles from Titan. NordicTrack x11i Incline Trainer Review. When my wife and I decided to get a treadmill for our home we narrowed it down to the NordicTrack Commercial x11i Incline Trainer and a Sole brand treadmill. Why buy an incline trainer? We decided to go with the incline trainer vs a treadmill because of the versatility it offered both of our training styles. Rep Stainless Steel Power Bar v2 Review. I bought this Rep Fitness power bar with my home gym set up and decided to buy the stainless steel version because I lift in my garage gym. I was concerned about rust and corrosion on a bare steel bar, so stainless was the way to go for me. The Rep stainless steel barbell is a great addition to my home gym. This 29mm barbell is stiff and works best for b...
Rep Fitness Iron Plates Review

Rep Fitness Iron Plates review. I purchased my Rep Fitness cast iron plates directly from Rep. Rep iron plates are an inexpensive option if you are looking for iron plates for a home gym. But you are making a trade off on quality if you are willing to spend less. I'm not saying these are bad iron plates. They are good plates, but the finish and weight are inconsistent. Rep says these plates hav...
Texas Deadlift Bar Cerakote Blue Review
มุมมอง 4.9K4 ปีที่แล้ว
Texas deadlift bar cerakote blue review. The Texas deadlift bar with the cerakote finish is so nice. I chose a blue cerakote finish for my deadlift bar to match the garage gym. How does a cerakote barbell feel versus bare steel? You can feel a smoother finish, and it does ever so slightly dull the knurl, but it is a small difference. The Texas Deadlift Bar was delivered in a thick cardboard tub...

Rep Fitness FB-5000 Competition Flat Bench Review

This is my Rep Fitness FB-5000 competition flat bench review. This is a beefy flat bench that is well constructed. The support structure of the FB5000 flat bench is 3x3, 11 gauge steel tubing. The connecting plates where it bolts together are thick steel. It is a solid bench to use for bench pressing. This bench is rated for up to 1,000 pounds. Everyone has or had weights laying around lol ,what was the claimed weight capacity?. I bought the "x class" weight tree stand with a claimed capacity of a 1,000 lbs today.. I only have about 500lbs anyway so it work out and I have rack storage. $91.00 but originally saw it at about $129.00 until I searched for it..

The reason you think the 1" hole spacing is useless is the same reason your bench press sucks. Use the 1" hole spacing for setting up safety catches at chest level and do dead presses.

The wheels on the bench fit on either side of the foot plate on the low row. Fits perfect for flat bench, but you can't do inclines on it in the back of the rack. You have to move to the front of the rack for inclines.
