Hi, I'm Pene and this week's Chinwag is about crafting for a show, baking and lemon griestorte and I show you the socks I made this week.

Delia Smiths Lemon Curd
75g caster sugar
1large, juicy lemon (grated rind and juice)
2 large eggs
50g unsalted butter
Place the grated lemon rind and sugar in a bowl. In another bowl whisk the lemon juice together with the eggs, then pour this mixture over the sugar. Add the butter cut into little pieces, and place the bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Stir frequently till thickened - about 20 minutes.
Griestorte
3 large eggs, separated
100g caster sugar
grated rind and juice of half lemon
50g semolina
15g ground almonds
Bake at 170C
