Your mention of fur has just brought to mind my childhood dressing-up box which included, bizarrely, one adult-sized rabbit-skin glove… I loved that glove so much and it definitely received a lot of stroking! 😂 Apart from crafting, another way that I like to produce endorphins in my brain is to have a good old sing-song! Thanks for a really lovely episode Pene. xx
Oh Helen, that's what I had too from my grandpa and walking home with mum and my brother in the pram I would suck the thumb and eventually chewed through it! We need to get ourselves a pair each! Thanks for the sing-song - of course!
Thanks Julie, I had forgotten the country walk and had to go back to see what it was! I'm so glad that I record these as it would become snapshots in my mind instead of a reminder by film. Thanks for joining me. xx
I love your quilt, Pene. All of your makes are so beautiful. ❤ It was nice to hear from Pete. 😊 Lovely video at the end. Take care! I'm glad you're feeling better!
Thank you so much for showing us all around your beautiful area, it’s so beautiful and peaceful. You are very special and kind. Thank you my friend. Take care ❤❤😊
Another beautiful video. Your videos soften all my hard edges. Seeing you and Pete together is lovely, I’m so glad he’s doing so well. All your crafting is 🤩🤩. Beautiful knits and quilts. Also wonderful poems. Thank you for sharing bits of your life with us. I remember that black gas mask - horrid 😋. Thank goodness you didn’t go for sweets with the strange man 😱😱. God bless Pene, and Pete too 🥰🤗 - Isabel 🇨🇦
Hello Pene, so good to spend time with you again! Exhaustion is not very pleasant. Since I was diagnosed with cancer again last year and going through treatments I have had to learn that at 70 I just don’t have what I once did! Sometimes I push myself too far and then pay for it. Your tank sweater is so pretty and it looks so good on you, I think you should make another! Take care of yourself, Pete is looking better - I’m so glad!
So sorry to hear of your cancer diagnosis. You're right if we know ourselves we can look after ourselves as best we can. I'm definitely going to make another v neck. So comfortable. xx
Hi Pene, I just love your new vest❤ I’m glad to hear you are doing better after some rest. I appreciated hearing ‘forgive yourself for not knowing what you didn’t know’ thanks for a lovely video😊😊
Hello penny, thank you for such a Lovely video, your knitting and quilt are so lovely. I’m amazed at your memory and story telling it’s just so wonderful, you have an incredible memory, and it brings back memories of the dentist today, there was a rocking horse in the waiting room of mind, and Woolworths, I remember the pick n mix… my Nan would always buy us. Have a lovely restful week and see you soon x x
Ah yes, the pick and mix, I wasn't too fond of it. I loved chocolate but not the woolworth chocolate, so definitely the currant buns for me. How lovely to have a rocking horse in the waiting room. I do remember everything so vividly about growing up, well all of it really, a blessing to look back.
I adore every single part of your videos. I love the garden and wish I was sitting out there right now. Stay well and many good wishes to you and your darling family.
It's a misty start here and definitely a grey November day. I miss my chickens as I would be out in the garden come what may. Now I'm indoors. I'll go out for a stroll round just for you! xx
@@penelopeschinwag Thank you for the little note! I hope you were able to go out and enjoy your garden. I have never had chickens but I am aware that many people love their hens. Just watched 128. The lemon pudding looks so scrummy I am thinking how much I would love some in a dish for a treat right now. Love the v-neck you made for Pete - and am agog at the idea of your spinning the wool and then knitting it up. I am the same with clothing - nothing goes until I have had all the use out of it. Looking forward to the next video. You are such a dear. xx
Thank you, Penny and Pete. I loved the crafting and the story. I had a stressful couple of weeks myself and said yesterday (to myself, ha!) I need a Penelope's Chinwag! And there you were! Ha. I enjoyed it all!
G’day Penne, so glad you’re feeling better and taking time for self, quilting in bed just the trick. A little nap whenever you feel need. ❣️So loved your vest pattern & colour 💙 take good care and yes Pete looks good 🍀🇦🇺
Lovely to see you Pene. Its surprising how similar upbringing we experienced on opposite sides of this big globe. Pain meds are a subject that I now take to help my life better with this chronic pain. Your quilt is beautiful. Love the circular prints. See you next week xx
Thank you so very much Pene- this was a very relaxing and enjoyable episode 😊 It was so good that you said no to the man at the school gate- I had a similar experience when I was little- a man offered me a lift home in his car while I was walking home from school. I said “No thank you- I just live here.”and with that I walked down the driveway of a completely strange house . This is exactly what my mother had always told me to do should it happen!
Oh Pene, I am so glad you said no to that man. I shudder to think, and yes a good example of the choices we have made chart the courses of our lives. Your vest, we call a sleeveless sweater a vest in the US, is lovely. Hope you continue to feel well, and seeing your episodes once a week in November will be a real treat. The photos at the end were an endorphin experience for me.
Thank you Penny I always look forward to seeing you again, your such lovely company, without you for a couple of weeks your surely missed. Just loved the video and Pete is looking much better now. Pleased to hear you are feeling better now, I must say the sleeveless pullover looks beautiful on you, love the way you put two colours together. Take care and keep well and see you soon. xXx
Such a treat to see you tonight. Glad you re feeling better. Thank you for your video. You are so right about textile and emotions. When my mum was in the hospice last year we used a basin of warm water and a little towel to wash her hands etc and she clung to the towel for ages afterwards because she liked the feel of it. It gave her comfort.
Oh Helen, so lovely about your dear mum getting comfort from a towel. A good lesson in never underestimating how the simple things can really help. See you soon, thanks for joining me. xx
Hello Penny. Thank you for coming into my home again while I had my breakfast. Loved seeing where you had been on your little break away and especially seeing Pete looking so well. Happy crafting and hope to see you again soon Dianne. 🧶 😀
Your vest is beautiful Pene and I am not surprised you have the urge to keep stroking it But the quilt, it is stunning, I love the colours, the theme and all the embellishments you've added along the way. No wonder you needed a rest from it now and then. The attention to detail is wonderful. Glad you are feeling better and that Pete continues to improve. xx
Well Anne, I've just watched your episode and you mention the vest and the quilt more than once! Thank you. I must say the vest turned out well and is light and cosy, when I have time more will be knitted. Knitting from stash makes it even better. It will of course be entered in the MAL. I do love the quilt - as you say the colours are so happy - it's not taking much quilting as I'm just doing round the circles. Two more to do. I'm waiting for a cold day when I stay in bed longer in the morning or get cosy in the afternoon as I find the bed supports the quilt whilst quilting. No rush. Take care in this damp weather now. Everything is more of a struggle. We are homebound now. Pete and I just go for our daily walk - some short, some longer now. I don't like shopping so we get our supplies from the local shops when out and then have an online shop for groceries. We do like going to our local Italian restaurant. Walk into town, lunch and walk home. Now that's good! Take care of yourself and Helen suggested a good sing song for the endorphins, so stroke your poncho (ferrets!) and sing at the top of your voice - I'm sure it will do you good!!😂
Dear Pene, What a treat tot he eyes and ears! I love the music that you choose for your films. I also love listening to the sound of your voice and your story while I gently treadle on my spinning wheel. Thank you for your lovely company. The vest you have on looks absolutely lovely! You definitely should make more and that colour suits you so well! Sometimes you surprise me by the topics that you choose that are outside crafts and this time it was quite interesting to hear about endorphins. You are right! It makes sense now why I love spinning and stroking the fibre like alpaca and merino/silk and why indeed, some yarn I have not for knitting but just for looking at and petting. I am also surprised that in spite of the distance, age, cultural background and life experiences I feel like we are friends. Thank you for that feeling. Have a wonderful week and take good care of yourself. Warmest greetings from New Zealand, Marina PS Oh and yes i'm glad you didn't go with that man trying to lure you with sweets. Gosh!
I adore your channel! I am American, and have longed to visit England. I would love to be there one day to see those amazing green rolling hills. I am a quilter and knitter as well. My name is Kris. I have white hair like you. I got it from my Dad. I see your daughter has your lovely hair too. So happy your husband is feeling better! I also enjoy your stories! So charming. Your soft and gentle voice is so calming! XO
Hi Kris, fellow quilter and knitter. My hair went white in my early 30s as did Pete's and both my girls were white at young ages. I've never coloured it as I've always quite liked it, I hope you do yours. Where we live we don't have rolling hills as it is by the seaside but we do love to visit them and Sussex is only a couple of hours away so has become our bolthole if we fancy a break now! See you soon. xx
Thoroughly enjoyed your episode. Soothing and gentle except for the dentist story and man at the gate. So glad to see Pete looking so well. Take care (Irene). ❤
Another lovely video, thankyou Pene. I remember going to the dentist when I was six and had to have a tooth out. My mother had to carry me home, she was only five feet two and very slim so it must have been a struggle. She bought me a bar of Galaxy chocolate to cheer me up! Love all your makes. Take care till next time and love to Pete. Xx
Also wanted to say that I was sorry to hear you have been feeling poorly. It is good that you are able to recognize you need self care and can then care for yourself to the extent you did. Pete IS looking much better. I imagine he was helping take care of you, too. Please say hello to him from Keith and I...and please continue to take care of yourselves and each other. You seem like such a lovely couple. Warms the heart!
I just love watching your episodes. You are so fortunate to live in such a beautiful place. I hope I can see your side of the world sometime. My grandparents came to America in the early 1900's. They were born in the Netherlands. I would love to see where they came from also. So glad you are feeling better. Keep up the good work you are doing, talking to us and sharing your life with us.
Hi Pene Your sleeveless vest is beautiful 🤩 the colour is so pretty I can see why you want to make more…one in every colour 😊 I have just looked up the pattern book and will order one it looks like something I want to make too.❤
Hi Penelope sorry to hear you have been under the weather Your Videos are such a delight they make me feel so happy Your sleevless jumper looks so beautiful on you an look forward to see if you do knit another one You have a lovely garden so pleasing to the eye wonderful Well take care an Pete looking forward to your next video ❤x
So lovely to sit and work on my projects while you keep us all company in our assorted crafty spots across the world. Your story sent shivers down my spine because I too have a similar tale when I was aged 6. A man tried to drag me away while I was out playing in the front garden of our block of flats. Our housekeeper (I grew up in South Africa) saw what was going on and came downstairs and beat him with her broomstick which she’d been using to sweep the porch at the time. A dangerous thing for her to do in apartheid South Africa where she could easily have been prosecuted for daring to hit a white man even if he was a monster. She did it because she was a fiercely protective woman and we loved her very much for it. I enjoy your episodes so much. You took me right back with your description of the dentist visit…….Mum used to take me to the department store near the dentist afterwards to have a milkshake. It was in the middle of Johannesburg city centre and we had to get to it in the trolley-bus. Such an adventure …. a pity about having the dentist visit between the two treats 😂. You’ve inspired me to make videos again and so I took the plunge and posted it up last night. Have a lovely weekend. Karen x
Hi Pene. I've eventually got around to watching. We were on our way to Devon yesterday, another show. I'm sorry to hear you've been poorly .Glad you were able to rest. Sometimes, we just need to rest both body and mind. Your quilt is beautiful, one of my favourite colour pallets. Love how the slip over turned out. It looked really squishy and cosy. Take care. See you next time. Xx
Thanks Angela, I was so pleased with my slip over. I think using the wool with the alpaca gave it a bit more body but still so soft. Well done for another show! See you soon. xx
Oh I loved your story today, it was so good to hear from someone else who suffered the black rubber mask at the dentist and ….. a Twink perm 😅! Honestly yours looked much better than mine, I had a sort of frizzy frill round the bottom, no waves at all 😢. I thought I was the only child that ever happened to ❤️. Gorgeous knitting and quilting as ever, looking forward to “seeing” you soon.
Ah Joy I know what you mean about frizzy frill. I had to put rollers in mine all the time until mum cut it off. Didn't take too long, mum was good with the scissors 😂. Hope to see you next week. xx
I love your enthusiasm.Your materials are always first class.I feel you are just talking to me.The bag with the hares on I love it and the quilt is perfect. You can stroke yourself I’ve looked it up and it’s ok.xxxxxxx🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝
@ what a relief.Pete looks well on the holiday.Your family from Ireland look lovely and the ladies knitting was great the colour pattern and buttons.I am so fond of you.xxxx🐝🐝🐝
Yes totally agree regards crafting and endorphins. It is sad that some people raise their eyes and don’t get it why we are so passionate about why we are always playing with different crafts.😊
Thank you for another lovely chat. Glad your week's rest has done you the power of good. Pete looks so well in the photo in the South Downs trip which is so good. Look forward to seeing your November offerings but don't do too much just to keep us happy. All the best to you both x
Love the fabric of the roundels in your quilt. So nice. And your sleeveless top is lovely. I am enjoying your story, many things you mention resonate with me. When I was 8/9 I went to a dental training school for treatment. A huge [ to me ] room with lots of dental chairs & trainee dentists. Because they were traning they needed to have to do everything a few times over, to get it right ! The things you go through when you are young & have no say.
Exactly, did I need all those fillings? I think they thought filling teeth would protect them! I wanted to say no! That room and trainees sounds frightening for a small one too!
I don’t know whether I mentioned this before, Penny, but my hubby is called Pete too 🤗 I really enjoyed this video, you really are so talented, looking lovely today too 🤗🤓🙏
Another lovely visit with you! Looking forward to a ‘video a week’ in November! I’m so pleased you have a ‘washing-machine head’ - my Mum used to say I had a ‘brain like a grasshopper’!!
Funny to here about your time of rest. October was so busy with birthdays and activities I desperately needed to just stop! The last 3 days I spent quietly reading and being still! I live alone so didn't even talk! Now I'm ready to tackle life again 😊
So sorry to hear of your fatigue. Time for a relaxing winter hibernation after all the work and play you have been through. We are on pins and needles over here, waiting for election day to pass. Hoping we will be celebrating and not having to hide our heads in embarrassment. My two favorite parts were seeing the heirloom quality quilt you have been working on again, and the segment of your story. My first dentists office was much like yours, but the dentist was very kind and I didn't find the drill too painful, despite no novacaine. It wasn't my favorite thing to do, but I did get out of school for it. I also identified with your candy man incident as I had a couple of those between 12 and 16. Aren't we fortunate to be born with some good instincts. I look forward to your November episodes.❤ Marcia
Hi lovely to see you, you make beautiful things I can’t knit jumpers ur cardigans, I just crochet baby hats atm just something very simple for me. I do love bags espcially the one with the lady on it, wish I could buy one off you x
Penelope it is so lovely to spend time with you again. You have some lovely things on your craft table to keep you out of mischief. I enjoyed the update to your story and do you know I cannot remember going to the dentist when I was little. Did Mum take me or has my memory failed me? You have such vivid recollections of your childhood which is lovely. Take care xx
Thank you for the lovely video! Actually, thank you for the last few - it’s been a while since I commented. So sorry you had a week of not feeling your best, but the quilt is beautiful and your knitted vest is gorgeous! The pictures of you and Pete make me smile. Thank you for sharing your story and your crafting plans. You are a great inspiration!
Oh I remember that dental experience very well. I'm sure we didn't need all those fillings and extactions because as an adult I never need anything done! I love listening to your story but shuddered when you got to the bit about the man! X
Absolutely right Anita, They don't do all the fillings now. I shudder too when I think about the man. I remember the incident so well but can't put a face to him which is great. x
Hi Penny! Loved the chinwag, I was laughing at myself answering you when you were talking about the yarn combination. 😂 I think that periwinkle sort of blue combination is gorgeous!! It will look beautiful with your hair. Mine is white and gray but my mom's hair was just like yours. Very pretty!! Love your new sweater vest, the color is so pretty. Maybe you could make a scarf with the extra ball, it's so pretty. I love the circle quilt, it is really different and the circles are my favorite part. Your garden looks lovely as always but extra beautiful in your video. It must be nice to have a professional chef to cook dinner for you!! 😂 So good to see you again, sorry you haven't felt well but glad you are doing better now. Tell Pete hi since he said to tell us hi. Until next chinwag take care and stay well! Hugs...Lonna
Oh,Penne...I remember having gas at the dentist to get a tooth out, cotton wool padding etc.My goodness, glad of the improvements in Dentistry😊 May i ask where you got the circle fabric from? Once again, thank you so very much for preparing this video,so we can all enjoy!Really looking forward to your November vlogs if you manage to do them. What a very thoughtful person you are !❤
Oh yes, forgot the cotton wool padding. The circle fabric is a panel of the rest of the material called Clara's Farm by Makower. I've looked but can't see it anywhere on line. I bought it during lockdown. See you soon. xx
Oh Penny I was having nightmares with your story today since my experience I cannot have a mask over my face, the smell of rubber. I refused to go on the bus back home and mom had to slowly walk with me 🥴
The Star is in a beautiful position for lots of hikes! Thanks for sharing your walk along the South Downs Way. Have you ever been to the Tiger Inn at East Dean? One of our favourites to call into after a day out in the area. Jane
Simply beautiful. You have such a beautiful soul! Thank you for sharing so many lovely moments and thought provoking topics with us this time. Your vest looks perfect on you! Did you also make the vest Pete is wearing in the photo? So happy to hear we will see you even more frequently in November. Can hardly wait!
Beautiful projects completed and upcoming! I remember author Norman Cousins watched old TV comedies to keep laughing and create beta endorphins to aid in recovering his health after becoming ill with cancer
Pene, does your land go down to the sea? you mentioned the farm?? It looks like such a beautiful garden. First thing I do in the morning, especially before going to work, is to sit in my garden in silence just looking around thinking what needs doing. Thank you for your video.
Hi Julie, Ah yes I mentioned the farm, that's not us! We bought our bungalow because it had the lovely sea view from upstairs. The farm is at the bottom, the tunnels are for their seedlings and the farm goes down to the sea. Our garden is enough to cope with! Sitting out there quietly is a gift as it sounds like it is for you. xx
Hi Pene. Another trip down memory lane, but oh, the dentist. Awful smell of rubber, I hated it. It's a wonder it didn't put me off for good. The perm I remember too, again the smell, hated that to, and I thought my hair looked vastly, even worse when it was growing out. Happy days. Lovely knitting and mixture of wool, the top suits you and is a perfect fit. Glad you are feeling better and look forward to your next video. Happy crafting and take care.
I think if you can knit and purl you can do it fine. Just the picking up of stitches around the neck and armhole, not difficult but you want to get them evenly spaced. I pulled mine back a few times until I was happy with it. Have a go!
Thoroughly enjoyed your episode. Soothing and gentle except for the dentist story and man at the gate. So glad to see Pete looking so well. Take care (Irene). ❤
Oh my Irene, how lovely to hear from you, I've missed you. Hope the girls are all well and things are going as planned for you all.
@ all is well. We plan on filming again later this month. A much different podcast than yours. Ha ha.
Beautiful knitting as always. Great colour. The quilt is really nice. So much work. Happy you and Pete are feeling better. Take care…
Thanks Kathy, see you soon. xx
Xx
A carry and Galaxy that did the trick. How horrid aged six to have a tooth out. See you soon, thanks for joining me.
Thanks Ronna and Keith for your well wishes. xx
Thanks Evelyn, what a trip that would be for you. xx
Beautiful quilt you are very talented ❤
Thanks so much Cheryl. xxx
Hi Pene Your sleeveless vest is beautiful 🤩 the colour is so pretty I can see why you want to make more…one in every colour 😊 I have just looked up the pattern book and will order one it looks like something I want to make too.❤
Enjoy making it too. xx
Hi Penelope sorry to hear you have been under the weather
Your Videos are such a delight they make me feel so happy
Your sleevless jumper looks so beautiful on you an look forward to see if you do knit another one
You have a lovely garden so pleasing to the eye wonderful
Well take care an Pete looking forward to your next video ❤x
Thanks Mitzi, hope to see you again soon. xx
Karen x
What a story Karen, so pleased you've been inspired. xx
Hope to see you next week. xx
Take great care of yourself and Pete Lovely to see you again
Thanks so much.
Well, that made me chuckle this morning, what a relief, the stroking is becoming a habit, and of course I am talking just to you. xx 😍
@ what a relief.Pete looks well on the holiday.Your family from Ireland look lovely and the ladies knitting was great the colour pattern and buttons.I am so fond of you.xxxx🐝🐝🐝
Same here!
Yes totally agree regards crafting and endorphins. It is sad that some people raise their eyes and don’t get it why we are so passionate about why we are always playing with different crafts.😊
I totally agree, fortunately Pete's way of crafting is to make my dinner and I do so appreciate it! 😂
@ yes mine to😉
Lovely podcast Penny I was born in 1949 too and I remember peaches and evaporated milk so well
Ooh, still gorgeous to remember Jenny. xx
Thank you for another lovely chat. Glad your week's rest has done you the power of good. Pete looks so well in the photo in the South Downs trip which is so good. Look forward to seeing your November offerings but don't do too much just to keep us happy. All the best to you both x
Thanks Lin, I do hope to see you next week but will listen to myself and see how I feel. xx
Love the fabric of the roundels in your quilt. So nice. And your sleeveless top is lovely. I am enjoying your story, many things you mention resonate with me. When I was 8/9
I went to a dental training school for treatment. A huge [ to me ] room with lots of dental chairs & trainee dentists. Because they were traning they needed to have to do everything
a few times over, to get it right ! The things you go through when you are young & have no say.
Exactly, did I need all those fillings? I think they thought filling teeth would protect them! I wanted to say no! That room and trainees sounds frightening for a small one too!
Happy to see you back I've missed you greetings from OZ love love your You Tube channel been around since the start love everything you do! ❤😊
Fancy being around from the start, how marvellous, lovely to hear from you xx
I don’t know whether I mentioned this before, Penny, but my hubby is called Pete too 🤗 I really enjoyed this video, you really are so talented, looking lovely today too 🤗🤓🙏
Thanks!
Another lovely visit with you! Looking forward to a ‘video a week’ in November! I’m so pleased you have a ‘washing-machine head’ - my Mum used to say I had a ‘brain like a grasshopper’!!
That's it, can't rest until the grasshopper has a rest on a leaf!
Funny to here about your time of rest. October was so busy with birthdays and activities I desperately needed to just stop! The last 3 days I spent quietly reading and being still! I live alone so didn't even talk! Now I'm ready to tackle life again 😊
How marvellous to have those three days. Yes, quiet and being still is a gift. Of you go now and enjoy yourself!
Well that's so true, good instincts. Sorry you had those incidents too. See you soon. xx
Love ur tank top just beautiful
Thanks Glenda, so comfortable to wear xx
I do love outer vests. Yours is gorgeous! 😍
Thanks, I love it too. xx
Hi lovely to see you, you make beautiful things I can’t knit jumpers ur cardigans, I just crochet baby hats atm just something very simple for me. I do love bags espcially the one with the lady on it, wish I could buy one off you x
Your baby hats are so so special. xx
@penelopeschinwag I hope so, I can just wip them so quickly without thinking about it, which I like thank you for replying x
Fancy that , no horrid memories of the dentist, marvellous. Thanks for joining me, see you soon. xx
Hi Beth, Yes, even though I was really tired looking back at what I achieved did me feel good! See you soon, thanks for joining me. xx
Thanks for the hugs Lonna and I've said Hi to Pete. I will keep the extra ball, it's so lovely! xxx
Your welcome! And yes that blue yarn is lovely. Have a wonderful day!❤
Oh,Penne...I remember having gas at the dentist to get a tooth out, cotton wool padding etc.My goodness, glad of the improvements in Dentistry😊
May i ask where you got the circle fabric from?
Once again, thank you so very much for preparing this video,so we can all enjoy!Really looking forward to your November vlogs if you manage to do them. What a very thoughtful person you are !❤
Oh yes, forgot the cotton wool padding. The circle fabric is a panel of the rest of the material called Clara's Farm by Makower. I've looked but can't see it anywhere on line. I bought it during lockdown. See you soon. xx
Thankyou for replying to my question and taking the time to look about the fabric Penne.❤
Oh Penny I was having nightmares with your story today since my experience I cannot have a mask over my face, the smell of rubber. I refused to go on the bus back home and mom had to slowly walk with me 🥴
Ah what a horrid memory. What we went through!
❤❤
The Star is in a beautiful position for lots of hikes! Thanks for sharing your walk along the South Downs Way. Have you ever been to the Tiger Inn at East Dean? One of our favourites to call into after a day out in the area. Jane
I shall look up the Tiger Inn Jane, thanks for the recommendation. xx
I did make the vest Pete is wearing, they are comfortable. See you soon. xx
I must say, Pete does look so handsome in that last photo….. but don’t tell him he has a super fan x x x
I haven't mentioned it! Well I did and it gave him a good chuckle so thanks. xx
Beautiful projects completed and upcoming! I remember author Norman Cousins watched old TV comedies to keep laughing and create beta endorphins to aid in recovering his health after becoming ill with cancer
Thats it, I remember that too. I forgot to say laughter!
See you soon, thanks. xx
I love your vest! It’s looks beautiful. What knitting level would it be?
I think if you can knit and purl you can do it fine. Just the picking up of stitches around the neck and armhole, not difficult but you want to get them evenly spaced. I pulled mine back a few times until I was happy with it. Have a go!
