Hyperfocus on one place, never check your back + bonus points if you volume 0 3. If you see 1 guy somewhere shooting, its always all X site and rush 4. Don't be aware of your surroundings 5. Trade kills what they are? 6. If you decide to rush any smoke or molly is invisible wall that cannot be crossed no matter what 7. Back to rule 6 if there's no "invisible walls" just clump up at exit and block each other coz who enter first is a looser and will die and you want to be champion lvl 99 8. If you created any space and died, expect your team to shift peak after you one by one 9. While shift walking randomly do 1-2 loud steps then proceed to continue shift walking 10. If you were in fight or you and enemy seen each other next time shift peak them 11. Never help your team in fight only 1v1 are fair (sometime not applicable to enemy) 12. Despite being same elo call your teammates noobs + bonus points if your under them in dmg 13. Damage is skill, so always assume you are better if you have higher damage + bonus points if you don't play with team and camp in the corner for dmg 14. Save on last round of match 15. I should put this at 1st place but always backseat (you died no problem despite being last in team tell everyone how to play and what to do don't forget about calling them noobs) 16. Remember your in elo hell and this pesky noobs are dragging you down not your skill you should be faceit lvl 99 or premier 99,999 elo its definitely not your skill issue 17. Give info very quiet so they can't understand you or don't give it at all but when you insult them make sure you are loud af 18. Everyone who is better than you in the slightest way is 1000% cheater + bonus points if you turn on to show this cheater how it feels 19. Talk in your own language its their problem and they should learn it and adapt 20. If you see somebody at a different site clump up at one exit he is shooting from and watch. Ignore any other way and give up entire map for it faceit bonus: in 53 round match do 200 dmg and wander around map looking and plants and sky note from me: I understand that i have skill issue and im trying to learn every time i play and most likely im in or near elo i should be, but some players are blown off their ego or after lobotomy. I rarely have games where info is present, everyone speak english and my team is trying to cooperate and my only info peace is minimap

I think for a buff, the r8 shoots snakeshot rounds, making it like a pocket shotgun, but only make the kill reward like the normal pistols and not the shotguns, or if that sucks, make the kill reward like $500. We can probably keep the clunky firing system if we want.

if you play with russian teammates dont play entry fragger because they wait until 10 sec is left on the round😁

main problem is the cs community, people are so used to the m4/ak meta that anything that disrupts it will be called a 'game breaking mistake'

i think what could be done is increased grenade storage space for "lighter" weapons Like, why would anyone buy a P90? It gives a lot of money per kill, yes, and it's running accurate, but it still sucks if you try to compete with the rifles, and it's too expensive in the first place to justify the increased kill reward. What if you could have 2 HE grenades instead of just 1 while using SMGs? What if you could buy 3 flashbangs and a shotgun, sacrificing firepower for utility and support? And just to knock the AWP down a peg, what if you could only have 1 flashbang because the weapon is so large and heavy? What if specific weapons gave you specific nade capacity bonuses? Like, buying an MP5 gave you the ability to carry 2 smokes, while buying a MAC-10 gave you space for 2 molotovs?

Dude there’s always gonna be one popular weapon that’s useful as an all-rounder. The others are either actually ass or useful for specific purposes.

The Negev is absurdly cheap. You can lose the pistol as a CT and buy a Neven and Level 1 armor.

That's one of the aspects I liked in valorant. While val technically has fewer gun options, almost every gun there actually has it's use cases. No trash smgs, no trol shotguns, no identical pistols. And you can see in both casual and professional games - players actually have genuine options, rather than everyone sticking to an objectively best possible gun if their side. Dozens of guns to choose from, half of which are simply useless. Truly a peak of competitive gaming 👍

Absolutely agreed, but I've been saying this for 10+ years and this community is by far the biggest hurdle here. When the CS2 loadouts were announced, people's immediate reaction was 'good, now I'll have less guns in my loadout so I won't accidentally buy a bad gun'. The obvious common sense argument to this is 'the bad guns are only bad because Valve failed to balance them, we should want Valve to balancce the weapons better so we have more variety', except... literally nobody was saying this. CS players want to use the same, like, 8 weapons only forever. People don't even buy the Famas anymore, it's a joke. Valve had the perfect opportunity to re-balance the guns for a shakeup with the release of CS2, but they aren't interested any more than the community is. I love playing CS Casual and using all the weapons the game has to offer, and it's cool we've had a few changes like the Dualies, but there's no reason weapons like the Sawed Off should be as useless as they are. But whatever, asking for buffs is like asking for a new Operation, or Danger Zone, or anything at all. Valve has a new game they're working on, they're done with CS2.

Once they add shields for CTs into competitive modes, i will play it again.

Every game in this world has meta that people use. Even fighting games not all characters are used in the pros. This is a shooting game of course there are guns that are better than other. Why would people play a character, class or guns that is hard to use or make it less likely to win? It has been like this since the dawn of esports? How many time do u see esports grand finals with the lowest teir weapon, class or characters 😅😅😅😅

This is actually a topic that has been bothering me for a very long time now. The incredibly slow speed at which Valve changes guns that are destroying the game while also giving absolutely no love to the 50% of guns that aren't even used is a big L.

But why is it a problem that only the meta weapons are being used? The only reason I can see is that a larger variety increases skin demand and thus skin prices and Valves profit, but that isnt really something I care about.

I personally think that cs2 needs more gameplay content. Maps, modes, operation and something other than ranks that would make players actually enjoying game. Fixes are necessary too.

Idea for m249: Make the spray pattern comparable to the m4 but only when the player has stood in place without moving for around 5 seconds. It would be used to defend against enemy rushes just like what it was designed to do in real life

cs as a franchise has stood strong for over 20 years, there is no need to change the meta, the meta we have is perfect where it is, so many games were ruined by devs because they changed something that worked the cs meta works, so don't change it, fix what needs fixing

played BB's since source, sad windows + hardware have phased that out. Will be sticking to native tho

Next step for pros would be going from 1080p to 1440p monitors, huge diffrence even in competitve games and basically no fps loss in those games since theyre not really gpu intensive anyway.
