A Mind and Body Reset in Arizona

(Episode 8) It's our fourth week in Arizona and We've been enjoying the sun and all the outdoor activities. Chase and I have been missing our cold exposure, and even in winter, the shower doesn't get cold enough in Arizona. We found a company called Reset Mind and Body in Phoenix that offers cold plunging and other recovery options, so it's off to Resert we go. It's time for cold plunging, outdoor malls, shopping and Christmas tree lighting!
