    The air pump I got with the pro isn’t as effective. Had a pretty tough time inflating the top ring.

      Yeah, it’s almost easier to blow it up by mouth.

    I just got mine and about to set up on my patio which is concrete base. Should I put something between the pod and the concrete for extra support? Any recommendations? Also I splurged on the basic chiller and that gets delivered in 3 days so am excited to set that up and see how it works as opposed to adding ice regularly as I live in Philadelphia and the summers can get quite warm.

      You should be fine if you set it up on a smooth concrete patio. Now that it’s getting warmer out I’ve been considering getting a chiller as well. It’s really the only way to go if you want to have continuous cold water year-round. 👍

      Utilize deep freeze with tubs and fill with water to create blocks to save on money and time to get ice.

      This kills it for me! Why should I do that when one would think the ice pod itself would have an inbuilt mechanism to make ice on its own???!! In that case, fill bathtub up, without having to purchase the pod, and just add ice to it! And whalla! dunk.

    • @projectcameron
      @projectcameron  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes, I’m still using it. I’m currently traveling around the country in an RV so it has been working perfect for me. So far it’s been holding up great and it’s easy to set up and break down. When I’m in warmer areas I have to add ice to make the water cold enough. It can get expensive buying ice all the time so I might only use a few times a week. If I’m in colder areas where the water temp drops overnight then I will use it every morning.

      Yes, definitely. Depending on your outside temperature, you may need to add salt to the water to slow the water from freezing solid.

      I’m 6’ 180lbs. If you can squat with your knees somewhat close to your chest, I think you’d be fine. I use this tub more for traveling. If you’re looking for a more permanent tub, with more room, I would consider a stock tank.
