I downloaded Naturespace, it is very nice:) Thanks to you I have the Jess yoga app, but so far I follow the free sessions, if I start to practice more often, will pay the subscription. Influenced by you, I got also the local banking app - really made my life easier. My favourite app is for audiobooks. Read by actors, sometimes I like the book more than when I read it 🤷‍♀️

Where you use Naturspace, I really like Noisli, as it is extremely minimalist, I love it! I also like to keep my phone pretty "clean"...

Back in December, Orange cut off my internet for three weeks, so I did nothing except wait for the problem to be fixed. I believe that caused me some trauma because I downloaded a ton of apps in case this dishonorable company ever did it to me again. I have internet on my phone, but it is completely useless when I'm not using any apps or signed into my accounts. I spent three weeks doing nothing and having no entertainment because all of my work is done online, I couldn't use my laptop without internet access, and I couldn't talk to anyone during that hectic month because of my clean phone. I will never, ever use my phone in a minimalist manner. I also do scans nearly every day, remove permissions and only allow them to send a picture or a document, then block again, decline background data, and secure all my accounts to the last security check. Additionally, I discovered AI-generated chats, which are amazing. I won't go into the specifics, but they're my new Google, and I can ask them anything and they'll give me a ton of pertinent information that I would otherwise have to search for hours on Google or TH-cam. I will attempt to log in via a browser and delete the less frequently used apps one by one; this might help make my phone more organized. I also have numerous apps for sports, social media, AI chats, banking, shopping, and more, but they are beneficial to me and I actively use them now. On my laptop, I have numerous ebooks since I download them nearly every day, along with courses I study and videos (podcasts, informative videos, etc.) that I save to an external card, ensuring I have entertainment for when I lose internet access again. (I promise not to download this one; it's too personal, I believe)! Using photos, I make collages of 4/9/12, so it's okay; they don't have to be separate. You can utilize a temporary email with imbox if you need an ebook and wish to avoid spam afterward, and I set up a secondary address for my online shopping, ticket purchases, and blog subscriptions. They can spam that as much as they like, while my personal email listed in my CV remains untouched.

My phone has very few apps too and well organized into categories. I declutter my emails and laptop in Dec. 24. I declutter my phone apps etc.. a year and half ago. I do not have any social media accounts except YT. I like to live life do what’s important to me and not be consumed by stuff and the things of the world.

I do alot the same things. A tip I have for email is to go to your starred ones (that’s where all my important ones are at least) and archive them, then you can mindlessly delete all the rest

You are smart to protect your skin. I wish I would have more because at age 52 I’m always tan now, but I don’t want to be. I live in the southern U.S. where it is very hot in summer and sunscreen breaks me out and gives me rashes really bad. I have gotten a nice white shirt like the one you have for next summer. Your hair is beautiful by the way!

I really don’t wear all of it all the time, only a small amount regularly. Which is very typical! But I can’t seem to let those pieces go because of “just in case”. Do you have any advice on that? I couldn't have just 2 tops because I go to the gym everyday and I need a new outfit each day, also I wash my clothes once a week so It would be impossible.

I better carry heavy rather than have my hands dirty without anything to clean it...i may not be someone who is so particular about cleanliness but life is more comfortable when what you need is just by your hands ... but i dont need much just the basic that are necessary as a woman with some sense

I traveled to india a few years ago and that was also when I learned what a real culture shock is :D The first day I just wanted to fly home but after a few days I started to really see the beauty in this interesting culture and it felt like a blessing to be there. I would really like to go there again one day, because the last time I was only 16 years old.

I realized that I actually use some 20 pieces of clothing anyway as I put back the same clothing in rotation after washing them. And a half of my wardrobe is just sitting there, collecting dust. It's really time for some deep cleaning.
