are the screws near the speakers not supposed to go out aswell? because i unscrewed the same as you and the housing wont come out. My master knob is very scratchy, i wanted to apply some cleaner onto it

Thank you so much I've been playing accoustic for a while and just got an electric and love my squire so I didn't want to buy a new one but instead wanted to customize it but after seeing close to 400 dollars for a new neck I decided DIY would be better and this is the best explanation I've gotten for how to do that

I have a vintage bass guitar (2 tuning pegs either side), where the crack has come from the screw itself on the machinehead (G) String. The crack is pointing downwards towards the neck, Which is along the grain, Is this fix too much for the tension of Bass strings? Thought as they are much thicker it would just split the headstock (from that particular tuning peg). The crack does start to curve around to the other side, but it hasnt fully gone all the way around, and the crack isnt on the front of the headstock . Its just on the back. Hope that explains it okay. Will it work do you think? dont want to have to buy a new neck.

How snug is the P-bass in that thing? I recently got a Gator LED universal bass case, and even though Sweetwater had it listed as being a "certified fit", I'm going to return it because it doesn't securely hold my 4-string Fender JB, my 5-string Squire Affinity, or my Player P-bass, all 3 of which are listed as "certified fit" on their website. Either I got a defective one, or someone as Sweetwater is drunk in the case department. The body slides around a lot and the neck doesn't even stay in the neck groove at all. So even though the case is closed, I can feel and hear the bass flopping around inside. I'm considering one of the G&G ones for my Fender Player P-bass, but I just want to be sure it's snug.

There appears to be something off with your Custom Authentic. There should only be one push pull knob not 3. Perhaps it has been altered ?

I have one of these in Worn Black, truly a sleeper hit. The bridge pickup can sound just as nasally and cutting as instruments that rhyme with Schmender Schmazz.

Just what I needed to see! I've been picking away at stickers on my Fender, but now I have Goof Off to use. I can't wait...I'm done! Stinky stuff use in best vented space, but stickers are gone!

Nice i just bought a Vintera 60s modified and all i did was buy an ashtray cover [not sure if i'll leave it on to play but looks cool on the stand ]and an F neckplate to replace the sterile one they come with The.only thing left i dont like is the lack of a bone nut but changing that is way beyond me and can't see it's worth paying a luthier .it can't make any difference to the sound can it ?

Salve io ho lo stesso amplificatore! Oggi mi e successo una sosta che non riesco a capire,ho usato l'amplificatore con le cuffie per non disturbare nessuno, poco dopo tolto le cuffie l'amplificatore non si sente più come se fosse muto...in pratica rimettendo le cuffie si sente solamente nelle cuffie... potresti capire quale è il problema? Grazie!
