I can't believe this is the first thing I searched on new year's day. I went to school for an urgent matter and was walking around all alone where I saw a lot of people having fun with their friends. I felt really upset and am still feeling down. I know that being alone is better that being with people who don't make feel included or heard but yk sometimes it hurts too much. It hit me too hard today and this video literally describes what I've been feeling all my life. If you're reading this, thank you. I just had to vent a bit.

this helped me when it first came out, but here on new year's eve, a few hours from 2025 in my area, i'm really relistening to it and internalizing it. i have been in a lil bit of a stasis for weightloss and i'm only about 30% done. this is just what i needed and i'm glad it's here for me to look back on during this time. between this and "honor the path you chose" from Dr Mike, it's an awesome combo

Relationships are overrated

I always felt the Odd One Out at school, college and work because even though I'm a lovely person no-one has ever wanted to be my friend. I get on well in a social setting but find it easier to talk to men than women (who only seem able to converse about their man or their kids) and being childless by choice also makes me a social pariah. It really is odd but I truly believe that there are those of us in society who are just destined to be alone so we need to learn to accept ourselves rather than punish ourselves simply for being who we are.

I am 16 years old and basically this is what i am going through right now. I liked this guys for 2years and gave so much efforts to make him like me and now he finally likes me but i lost interest and i want to avoid him at all cost that i even want to change my school. I am just crying and blaming myself why i always run after the wrong ones and reject the ones who likes me? Why did i lose interest the moment i got the attention i deserve?
