yeah me too, i can't believe i woke up at 5am either lol. this is kinda crazy. guys i do not recommend pulling all nighters. i did just have a lot of things i needed to get done that day so i knew that not sleeping and starting the day super early would make me extremely productive and turns out i was right lol.

Waking up early is a huge step to being more productive fr. I used to go to bed at 10pm and wake up just before 6am to login to work. But now I wake up at 3:30am and go to bed at 7:30pm so I can get a workout in, some reading/journaling, breakfast, etc.
Just make sure to pull your wake up time back slowly.
