No it isn't a fleced position will give you no stretch at all. Turn around load the streched position. This us bad advice. Doesn't make biomechsnicaly any sence and doesn't fit sny of the data we have on curls

I think this is where the “21’s” method really comes into play. In a bench press for instance, do the bottom half for a set, full range for a set and top half for a set and maybe repeat the one you’re worst at for a fourth set?

Only the first exercise was a hamstring movement the last two where quad dominant movements which will activate hams but not to significant enough degree to cause growth
False. Splits squats target your hamstrings. Reverse lunges also target your hamstrings.
