Y’all know this isn’t difficult. Even Whitney just calls it an inflection. You just use vibrato to hit a few notes in a scale as you glissando down the octave. Easy peasy.

After watching all of Whitney’s interviews and appearances on TV, she was a cheerleader for EVERYONE. She left us way too soon. She could’ve made at least 5 more albums if she was still alive.

Also two different songs genres of music. Whitney Houston is pop. Mariah Carey is R&B. They both have their own lanes and because of the two different styles they do not cross. Whitney Houston is great on a road trip play Mariah Carey is great in the club.

Now if only Mariah were as gracious. Where as Whitney uplifts upcoming artists, Mariah does the opposite. I mean her rude attitude to other artists is something else.
