Let's say that Beyonce didn't hit that low F2 note. She hit F#2 before which was clear and audible!!!! Like you make a fuss about she didn't hit that F2??? Her voice is naturally low! And besides, F2 isn't that low compared to F#2!
OMG I heard it! That's actually crazy, although she's always had a great lower register. Gotta say though, anyone who counts that note as part of Beyonce's range should count the OU E2s Mariah has hit, especially considering they can easily be heard without head phones.
Glad you gave it another listen :) I always though Mariah's E2's were counted, i can hear them fine when she says "Take it down low". Mariah's E2's definitely don't go unnoticed by my ears.
What's the lowest note in 'heaven' near the end of the song (around the 3:05 mark in the song, right before she says "so go on go home" for the last time) ?
Can you not hear? Turn up your speakers. She harmonizes in unison 1 octave apart. Start at 0:40 "Your(D3&D4) no(D3&D4) an(D3&D4) gel(D3&D4) e(D3&D4) ther(F2-D3&F3-D4) Baby(C3-Bb2&C4-Bb3)." You can hear it if you can tell apart the 2 tones in the unison. This isn't something i'm just making up. I wouldn't try to expand her range without proof of the note. There are no other featured artist on this song so it has to be Beyoncé. It sounds like her.
Her low register was the best on this album. Her belts weren't as impressive as her other records but were still good. Her head voice was pretty good especially that C6 on "Flawless".
No doubt her best album. the only Beyoncé I've loved, becuase the music is truly one of a kind and unique, no 'Halo' and 'Sweet Dreams' crap that anyone can do. This album was more musically interesting than vocally driven, but that's what makes it the best album released in a loooong time.
I've listened with headphones like someone else reckon mended, and I can sort of hear a low raspy edge to the notes. Is that the lower part of the octave unison that you are referring to in this video?
Love this album because it's different Beyonce is more mature ! Just like 4 (except run the world) was different lots of soul and blues! Here it's urban very new sexual but in her video it's always Jay'z ! That's what I love in BEYONCÉ !
From what I understand, all females start mixing after F#4 no matter what. But after Eb5, her voice seems to get noticeably brighter so I guess she does a more heady mix from then on?
Beyoncé is a genius !!! This album is a bomb, I LOVE Drunk In Love and Bow Down / Flawless. Great vid
Hey!! I heard the F2 note! It's hard to hear it without earphones or headphones. I loved it!
I'm so happy someone is actually able to vouch for me so i don't look like a fool :') Glad you heard and liked it!
ccishot564:) Thanks! I'm sure it's and F2! Even if she didn't hit it in this song, I'm sure she can hit it with ease :D Merry Christmas!
Omg this was my post the year before!! Merry Christmas and a happy new year again!!
Xtina & Mimi Thank you so much! sorry i'm late. Happy New Year, can't wait to see your videos for 2015!!!
ccishot564 likewise ^_^
Her harmonies are heaven ♥
STAN! [great video]
Great job catching those lows. Btw the E3 at 1:23 descends to a quick C3 :) Nice video!
You made a mistake that "F5" belt in the song "Heaven" is actually just an "E5"

are you for real? F#2 is a semitone higher than F2, so yeah the latter is definitely lower
+Holobenthic nobody said it wasn't

Great video, but haves no F2 here... The lowes is a solid B2 in Heaven.
Heard the F2!! She is a beast with 4 octaves.

C#3
ccishot564
oh that's not as low as I thought it was. Thank you!
You forget the AMAZING D3s in SuperPower
I know, shoot me :(
I made this too quick and i'm starting to regret it. I just assumed all the lows were by Frank in that song, but i was wrong.
Think you should re-do it
Cool, C#3-C6 is what I see. I love this album....
There's no F2 produced by Beyoncé.
Can you not hear? Turn up your speakers. She harmonizes in unison 1 octave apart. Start at 0:40 "Your(D3&D4) no(D3&D4) an(D3&D4) gel(D3&D4) e(D3&D4) ther(F2-D3&F3-D4) Baby(C3-Bb2&C4-Bb3)."

She hits a B1 in her song Dance For You, so her lowest note is far from an F2
Her low register was the best on this album. Her belts weren't as impressive as her other records but were still good. Her head voice was pretty good especially that C6 on "Flawless".
Did you just say😭 that her head voice was “pretty good” her head voice was probably one of the best Weber heard by an artist it was exotic
Her belts were impressive for me.
That isn't F2.
Believe me I didn't believe it was either until I checked it about 20 times with tuner and keyboard.
It's F2 Trust us!!!!!!! Proud of Queen B!!
I've listened with headphones like someone else reckon mended, and I can sort of hear a low raspy edge to the notes. Is that the lower part of the octave unison that you are referring to in this video?
It's a voice emitting sound and phrasing the exact lyrics one octave apart from the leading vocals.
Love this album because it's different Beyonce is more mature ! Just like 4 (except run the world) was different lots of soul and blues! Here it's urban very new sexual but in her video it's always Jay'z ! That's what I love in BEYONCÉ !
In "I Been On" which note Beyoncé reaches?
The highest note is a C6.
Thank you. I think that was more high.
when she belt when does it stop being chest and starts being mixed??
From what I understand, all females start mixing after F#4 no matter what. But after Eb5, her voice seems to get noticeably brighter so I guess she does a more heady mix from then on?
how does one know how to mix I am a male singer who is in desparte need of wanting to figure out how to mix if anyone can help please comment :)
+Jimmy Pham when do makes start mixing?
+Drake Reid males
Let's say there is no F2! She still can go very low
D6 is indeed a note ahah can you scream that high ??????? Not me sorry
How does she transfer out of head voice to hit that c5 so easily? Lol
Talent ;)
We can easily hear the f2 I don't get why y'all are fighting against the wind...
Boring album, am I the only one that doesn't like this album?
naw i dont care for it at all....
TO ME VOCALLY AND MUSIC WISE 4 IS BETTER BUT I ONLY LIKE 5 SONGS ON THE SELF TITLED ALBUM
1. PRETTY HURTS
2. MINE
3. HEAVEN
4. BLUE
5. 7/11
So yeah disregard my first two comments lmao
Lol it's fine, please forgive my rude insult about your knowledge of music because you definitely know what you're talking about :)
