damn ive always hated jay. and i especially hated how he ended up with manny. he reminds me of all the asshole guys that all the girls i went to high school with would constantly swoon over, even though he's a horrible person. what makes me even more mad, is that all the girls in this fandom seem to think that jay redeemed himself. personally i don't remember that at all. i do however, remember him being, transphobic, homophonic, misogynist, and just a horrible person the whole series. girls say they want a nice guy, but then they turn around and date a well known asshole because hes "changed". how about you just date a guy who was nice to you in the first place? oh yeah i forgot girls are repulsed by genuinely nice guys

Daniel Clark's performance in that scene with Sean's parents makes me feel bad he didn't stick around after that episode in season 4. He had such good range as an actor.

Season 3 was by far the best season

The thing about Paige is that she was bad and the show really didn't make any apologies for it or give her some redeeming storyline. You can't dismiss her evilness like every other character. In contrast everyone else was trying to be good or wanted to be seen as good. That is what people really like she was bad (borderline evil) and truly didn't care if you thought so.

I think that Manny had her good moments, but i hate how Emma is hated for being a bad friend towards her. Emma definitely did some questionable things like dating peter (yikes), but I think when manny first was going through her whole “i wanna be sexy phase”, Emma reacted normally, like any other kid would act. Also, let’s talk about the fact that she was lowkey right. Since when is it advisable for 14 year olds to be walking around trying to be sexy? You’re still a child at that age. Slut shaming is bad, but let’s be real, so is sexualizing minors. Emma was a little hypocritical tho bc literally a few seasons later she was in the ravine lol. I just think people are too harsh on Emma. Like, let’s talk about how manny (in the earlier seasons) was always calling her jealous and actively trying to be friends with fakes like Paige pre redemption arc. She was no saint either. I honestly think both of their terrible cancelled out.
