BD, I'm setting up my plane but cannot get the elevator to slowly move with the wing sweep like you did. I'm using a Spektrum NX-8 radio and the same receiver that you have. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. It's almost ready to maiden and could fly with the wings out, which I will likely do the first few flights anyway. But really would like to have it programmed and ready for the sweep as well. I've been in contact with HH, but haven't had much luck yet.

Great Videos, I am having an issue with AS3X and or SAFE. Im om a ix14 and after assigning the AS3x switch the model is trimmed but when I want to turn everything off and I flip the switch the elevator pitches up for some reason. This is on a turbo timber evo with the TA receiver. I do not see Other GYRO setting to do a factory reset. ANY IDEAS?

Exceptional flying skills. This is a scale model. The Phantom relied on brute force thrust. Terminate that thrust and she has a glide ratio of a thrown cinder block. It glides like a boat anchor. Well done. She lived to fly another day. Howdy to ya from middle Tennessee.....near the Boro.

I'm beginning to think the FMS EDF Jet 80mm Bae Hawk is more enjoyable to fly, and a bit quicker. I think the 80mm is the sweet spot.

I too appreciate what you teach us. Great videos. Kind of new to the hobby again since it has been 20+ years since I flew RC. Question....when setting up a switch with low, medium, and hi rates/expo...should the low (70%) start at position 2 (85%), then 1 (100%) throws?

Hello, thank you for a nice and understandable video. I want to ask: I set up my motor glider according to this manual, but the ailerons still go in the opposite direction, not in the same direction, even if I switch the reverse servo setting, please where am I doing wrong?

Hi BD. Thank you for all the videos on both the NX and IX radios. They are very helpful! I was wondering if you noticed or agree that the sign on the back of the radio showing how to insert an SD card isn’t correct. The contacts on the card should be face down and the notch should be on the right, not the left. Am I missing something?

I’m trying to figure out why I can’t get my radio to call out the voltage while in flight. I am using a Spektrum ar631 receiver in all the airplanes with a NX8 radio. Some of the will call it out and others say no data. What am I doing differently?

Just wanted to thank you on your CG recommendation. I had so much trouble landing on stock cg .moved back 3/4 inch from stock cg and now I butter my landings.

I got the parts yesterday to add the brace to my Granite. I don't really understand the design of it, it seems overly complex for what it does, but it seems to stiffen things up quite a bit. the only thing I didn't get is the nylon nuts. I have some someplace, but so far I can't find them. Of course. Thanks for posting this video. I would have had some trouble assembling the brace without pics of it installed.
