Great video as always. Thank you. I do have one tech issue on Radio master. It's about using Timer. Coming from Spektrum radio, I am trying to figure out how to configure Radio Master so that after the timer expires, for each minute over, it will announce and vibrate. Like "One minute over", "Two minutes over", "Three minutes over" etc
There's like 10 different ways to invert a channel in edgetx. The other common ways are to set a negative weight in the inputs or mixes. Where to invert depends a lot on your mix setup and what gives you the best understanding of your setup. For example, you might invert the aileron input so your mixes screen can have a nice a+b, a-b instead of -a+b, -a-b. Another 3 methods are a custom curve in the inputs, mixes, and outputs, which is y=-x instead of y=x.
Agree there is many ways. However Inverting on output is simplest and effective. Invert channels that need to be done and everything else falls into place... I dont like using negative value in mixer anymore. Adding and subtracting mixer values will be done the opposite. Keeping them all +100 allows adjusting + to increase and - to decrease...
Great video. I am new in this rc world I am finishing my project, it is a Loader, but I can make it drive backward any sugestión? Sorry my stupid question Lol Thanks in advance
I am sorry to say that with EdgeTX version 2.10.5 this method is not available. I found that setting the Weight from 100% to negative 100% achieved the required result. The Hi, Medium, and Low rates still worked as expected. To be honest I have found the Radio Master TX6S with EdgeTX a very steep learning curve even though I am very proficient with OpenTX (over a decade of use)
Yes this method is available. Im using even 2.10.5 in this video and its been the same way since Open TX. You can change the value to minus in mixer and achieves same result as you mentioned too. Edge TX is more clean and option filled than Open TX.
Thanks, Ifind it very hard to find information that is up to date. The method you explained does not appear on my computer, it is a Mac. This is not the point though to me it seems the EdgeTX team are too focused on mathematical/computer correctness rather than an easy to use user interface. Why not display 'Reverse Servo ?' and tick a box? This is jargon every meddler knows. I have a problem at the moment with the 6pos switch, I need 6 positions for 6 flight modes, I can get 4 modes to work but not mode 3 and 5. My interest is based on the ArduPlane firmware I use for my H743 wing flight controllers. If you are interested I would happy be to further explain.
@@cattlebaron483 this video is on the latest firmware so its the most up to date you can use. I dont use campanion and dont think currently there is a version that same as newest EdgeTx. Invert is same as reverse servo,i mention this in the video. Click on the toggle switch seems to be easy as checking a box.
Thanks, I am not new to the hobby but thanks all the same
Thanks for watching!

I noticed on my radio it calls out at 1min over. Ill look into setting up for additional time over minute callouts.
