i think the dedalus makes more sens if it is 600 meters think aubot it the lfy bays gif it capabilais comparable to an aircraftcarier in space i dont see any way how such a fly bay could be smaler then a aircraftcarier since it has to fulsil much of its mayn functions so if that part alone is around 300 meters a total sice of 500 to 600 meters makes sens i belive or did i over look someting

My guess would be that after a decade Earth could produce a BC-304 at least daily with the technological advancement of the Asgard technology. Just make a big 3d printer send it into the asteroid field and let it make the superstructure then send it to another 3d printer that did other things until it's done, if not just make it from a single 3d printer. What I never understood is why the nations on Earth doesn't increase their presence in the solar system, at least a shipyard which probably would speed up construction of ships. Maybe it's because the technology was less advanced then 2020 which make it easier to talk like I do because computers and phones have advanced rapidly since early 2000 not to mention other things. If they do make a new Star Gate series, I wonder if they going to make a time skip and use Asgard, human hybrid technology and maybe also integrate some Ancients technology.

Mine would be the Battlestar 'MASADA'. History states the fortress held firm until the last, and then the warriors within, instead of allowing themselves to be taken/murdered/enslaved, choose to take their own lives depriving the Romans their ridiculously long and costly total victory. Dark I know but Bad*ss as Hell.

Battlestar Antigone. Most loyal and honourable name in Greek history. Basis of all Western thought on the separation of church & state, the freedom of conscience, and every thing that made Greek derived civilizations different from others. If shes not the flagship and if every crew doesnt willingly sacrifice itself to save her, they don't really deserve to beat the monotheistic theocratic Cylons.

Every fleet has a workhorse that has to do all the dirty mondain jobs. Like destroyers escorts in WW2 or frigates during the cold war, these are not the newest or biggest ships. Not the most interesting ships for the masses but vital.

I used to see a version of the Nebula Class on Google long time ago and it was named USS APOLLO, and the weapons pods were totally different than I've ever seen.

My Battlestar was Hades because my air wing rained hell fire down on the Cylons😂

Wonder what the average life span is for Starfleet vessels. The Luna Titan seemed to have had a short one before it was upgraded/replaced by the new Constitution class. So in essence it seemed the Luna Titan didn't have much history from inception to refit.

A popular idea about the Sutherland is that its bridge wasn't functional at the time of the episode, so the room seen on screen is an axillary or improvised command deck. And my own bit of head canon is that the quad nacelle variant was part of the early anti Borg initiative, a standard Nebula upgraded to have the speed and endurance to take on the Borg, but as demonstrated, it simply lacked the power and technology to truly take on a cube. Though its apparent endurance during the battle, surviving to the very end despite no doubt being in the thick of the fighting means we should probably give the ship some credit.

Sorry, I am spoiled by the original series BS Galactica design with Lorne Greene as supreme commander. This new "Jupiter" class design in the new series is, to me, to glitzy and overcomplicated. Anyways, thanks for this video presentation.

I'm sure I'm not the first to say I love this ship. With one exception. That damn pod hitchhiking off the back. They could blend that into the secondary hull. Maybe it's an homage to the Miranda class, Don't care, I just don't like it. If you don't care what I like that's ok too. I still don't care....lol Let's talk about the elephant in the room. How the hell do you go from such a beautiful ship to a bastardized Titan A, and as long as i'm bitchin about things... U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-F also a beautiful ship, was decommissioned and replaced with the Enterprise G. Sorry that's just a bad choice on both accounts. So now we have THREE lost eras. Way to button things up Terry Matalas. Anyhow, the Luna class is beautiful Who knows maybe there was a captain before William T...........

While I don't say the Titan is beloved by me, Luna class is a cool design, I do think it was done dirty by Picard season 3. First changed into a whole different ship, and then renamed Enterprise just for memberberries and the fact that the director wanted to get his favorite ship to be an Enterprise and obviously didn't give a damn about how that was done lore-wise.

I would like to see the updated version of the Galaxy class return in a new series. Make it about Starfleet trying to recapture its old ways being less war focused and more about Exploration. The dark sci-fi action adventure stuff needs to be toned down A LOT.

I loved The Expanse. Wish it had more seasons. The Donnager class was one of my favorite ship classes.

Thats what got me about the new series, the Galactica looked Meaner and tougher.
