The scorpion is a pretty cool tank but it seems unnecessarily tall. If you plan on fighting it from prepared position behind sand burms, this isn't a problem. In an open field it will be the first thing the enemy will see and will shoot at it.
No Armored Cores? I mean sure it probably classed as robots but I mean tank legs ACs can be seen as a tank with half humanoid turret? No? Lol Imho, I think ACs are interesting as it is canonically modular and standarized across multiple different corporations/producers. It's way different paradigm with, say, Gundams where most are not interchangeable with other models bar heavy modification.
