For those who wanted to know more specifics on this location: It is on the sound side facing North. Go over the Navarre bridge to Gulf Blvd and turn left until the road ends at Sandpiper Pavilion. The water has gentle movement, but not much for waves. And like everywhere, there will be people there if your visit is in Summer. Usually, the further you walk east from the pavilion, the fewer people you will see.

Doesn’t the insurance check go to your mortgage company after you get it…then they release it to you AFTER you prove to them the work has been done! Actually they release the money directly to your contractor, not you……..and if there’s any ‘extra’ they simply keep the money….and do not apply it to your mortgage…they just keep the money….thats what happened to me…the $10,000 I got to pay for damaged furniture and personal items the mortgage company just kept…free money to them!

Condos are out of control. Last year we were priced out of our condo in Boynton Beach.Condo insurance and repairs on older condos are out of control. Our condo fees tripled in in 4 years. We moved to Europe for half the cost, no litigation here.
