Would love to see a video where you use your leather balm on rough out leather. Would be helpful for those of us that got the Rugged Trooper and want to get them ready for the elements. Thanks.

Jim Green doesn't need to associate with that guy. 😂😂😂😂 There isn't a good enough reason to buy this boot, at this price. At almost $300, there are a lot of other boots avalable. For that kind of money, I could buy shoes that aren't paying off Weston Kay. 😂😂😂😂😂. Jim Green doesn't need to be associated with the same guy who is pushing Rock Rooster and Thursday. People will now think Jim Green boots must be like a Temu boot, because they have the same spokesman.

Those are turning out nice! You can never go wrong with a classic heritage style like the Moc toe boot. The meander is looking nice too kinda reminds me of the Rancourt Harrison boot . guess I'll try my luck at this. I'm a US size 7.5 or a UK size 6.5

I like the look and design, when I saw the barefoot troopers I immediately thought a trooper with a normal sole would be amazing, turns out it is amazing. Only thing I'm not a huge fan of rough out. I checked out the pricing, now I knew it would be on the higher end didn't quite expect the price though. I'm sure they will still fly off the shelves. Waiting for the mocktoe to come on the website as well

I think it would of been great to add a toe cap. And a larger / wider steel shank.

I have 4 styles of the JG boots. I first got the Razor Back boot 3 years ago and its still my favorite of the JG boots! Team Meander size US 8.

I'm actually waiting to be able to order the bearfoot african trooper in Europe, hopefully by Christmas. I have been following your work for a long time, but your shoes are really hard to get in Europe. In this case, I really like the Meander shoes, US size 10, greetings from Croatia. I definitely prefer the meander. The meander is more of a Russell style traditional moccasin boot while the workhorse looks more like the "moc toe" welted work boots made by most boot makers in the US. The meander is more unique and more of a true moccasin.

YES! I've been looking forward to your take on the Moc Toe, and these look outstanding. Workhorses in US 11 would make a fine addition to my Barefoot African Rangers and Shoelies. Keep up the great work!

I pre ordered a pair IMMEDIATELY. Sadly it won't be coming here until March though, I will be receiving an 8 inch boots with lugs after winter which is disappointing. Excited for this beauty non the less!

I'm on team Workhorse and a UK size 8. I have been wearing Jim Greens for 10 years and they have never let me down. Superior construction, brilliant customer service when it comes to re-soling. I work in construction and they can really take a beating every day of the week. Keep up the great work guys 👌🏻💪🏻

US Size 10 or 11, depending on the how the shoe runs. I think the Meander is really sharp looking boot. Looks very proportional and and thoughtfully made. Thank you for all y’all’s hard work!

Don’t give him more money, Weston made enough already- the grift must end at some point. Get some principles and realize that you are profiting off misinformation and preying on less knowledgable people. Its telling when his favorite boot is whoever happens to be paying him the most at the moment. Dont fund this crap

Such craftmanship, every time I watch one of these videos I always wind up thinking about the next pair I'm going to order.

Need a steel toe on these and I will order these in a heartbeat. Can't wear these on job sites in AU and a lot of Euro countries. These would be relegated as fashion boots if I bought them now. My boss never allow it on site. Im sure you would sell quite a bit to the non US market with a steel toe/ comp toe option
