I just downloaded the game and find that the driving feels quite loose in all types of surfaces. I don’t have a direct drive wheel. Any suggestions on what I should do to get more feel for the triad when driving. Thanks in advance for the help.

Soul less physics. It’s amazing how dumb developers can be in recognizing what feels fun. Gran turismo 3 had amazingly fun sideways physics. Gt 4 comes out and it’s literally impossible to dance with cars sideways which is the whole soul of finding the limit of control. I hope they didn’t officially smother Codies unique blend of fun and sim but they definitely dropped the ball on this one.

How in the hell do they follow those calls.

I'm still driving in semi automatic mode, it takes away a large distraction, my favorite is Germany and I love Spain too, and I practice 1 stage over and over for weeks in different cars to get used to approaching corners in various ways. Still can't find the last 15 seconds or so .....will shifting make me faster ?

i need to find the dirt rally2.exe but it only shows folders and and no apps or games that u can run

This is all fine and dandy but the truth is the game artificially push your car to one side and the other like it's being attracted by a giant magnet when you touch the ice. Is not realistic at all and is just annoying. You go perfectly straight, you touch the ice and suddenly your car gets dragged by one side for no reason and you have to fight it to keep going straight. It's a terrible game mechanic. Without a good steering wheel this game it's just impossible.

pasting the folder into the cars folder didn't work for me, I had made a custom livery and had pasted the folder of the car (Nr4) with the subfolder livery_00 then texues_high but when I open the game the livery isn't on the car. could I get some help with this?

hey super helpful video! i managed to lower my time to in the "Descenso por carretera" stage to 2:11.108 which brings me roughly in the 800th position with group A cars :D , i was wondering for the tip that you gave about doing each split separately at 2:09, if you feel like you want to practice only the 3rd split for example, can this be done in the game settings or only manually?
