The World Revolving (From "Deltarune") - Fixed Version
I know I already released this video back in February, but I realized that there were a couple parts that actually weren't correct. For example, there's a note two bars after the beginning of the first repeat that was meant to be on the higher octave. So, I corrected that. There's another note about 5 bars after the beginning of the third repeat, where the trumpets and French horns play out that's supposed to be higher, as well. It's supposed to echo the melody of the first repeated section, so I tried rewriting that as best as I could without making either instrument go too high. Overall, though, I think this new version turned out pretty good, and it's a step up from the original version. I hope you all enjoy! :)

Suite No. 2: Triumph of Glory - Movement III: Succession Dance (Alternate Ending)
มุมมอง 34วันที่ผ่านมา
I didn't think I'd be spoiling part of my biggest project, but I just had to make this happen. A few weeks ago, I was at work, and I just randomly thought of a possible second ending to this movement. So, this weekend, while thinking about something to do, I thought of this as a fun little project. I do have a full remastered version of the entire suite, but that won't be released until later t...
Fairest of the Fair March by John Philip Sousa
มุมมอง 5014 วันที่ผ่านมา
If you somehow haven't heard of John Philip Sousa, he was possibly the greatest composer for concert band marches in the world. He's known primarily for "The Stars and Stripes Forever", which is definitely one of the greatest band pieces in the world. When I was a junior in high school, we got to play this piece, or at least, an arrangement of it. I remember how fun it was to play, and how much...

I remember hearing this song quite a lot throughout my life, and it's always been a catchy tune, as well as a memorable one. The song was released in 1982, and it was written based on a man's love for the continent of Africa, rather than a personal romance. I got to play this arrangement in band back when I was a sophomore in high school, and when we received the sheet music for it, I didn't kn...

This is the extremely powerful first movement to one of the most recognizable orchestral works of the 20th century: The Planets by English composer Gustav Holst. The music seems to go offbeat at the 0:40 mark because the kick drum doesn't stay in sync, and the cymbals also seem out of place. However, it gets back on track from the 1:00 mark onwards. The music has excellent quality! You made great use of the instrumentation.

I totally understand where you're coming from. I wrote this using MuseScore 3, and when I came up with the percussion ostinato starting after the beginning of the first repeat, the bass drum and snare drum weren't exactly with each other. I personally don't really see anything wrong with the cymbals, I think it's just the way the music lands that makes it sound a bit off. But thank you for listening! :)

Thank you! That's what I hope to do, but not at the moment. My composing and conducting are both mostly self-taught. Over time, I've watched and learned from many great people.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. That's so cool that he shares a birthday with one of the greatest conductors ever! Here's another fun fact: He shares the same birthday as the current President of Ireland, which is ironic, because we're of Irish descent on his side of the family. Thank you for watching. :)

I had a feeling you were gonna do this big arrangement! Well done on a fantastic selection of pieces! As a note: Skylar Warren is a user on Musescore who also did an arrangement of this symphonic work. All the videos were wonderful, but this was by far your best one! An excellent performance, my friend! I actually plan to release two conducting videos today in honor of my birthday! Both are overtures: Rossini’s Barber of Seville and Beethoven’s Egmont Overture

Thank you so much! It was such a blast being able to work on conducting all of them, let alone this 15-minute masterpiece of yours! In the video scheduled for release later today, I'll explain how this whole thing was thought of. I'm excited for your two conducting videos, it'll be a blast seeing you get back into it! Oh, and I'm working on my first playthrough of Super Mario Galaxy 2! 😁 Happy Birthday!

@@WoFfan13 So how it went was: I recorded these all in one day. Specifically, these date originally back to Valentine's Day. But I recently had them scheduled for their assigned dates to be uploaded, because the way I wanted the final project to be didn't work how I wanted it. I hope that makes sense.
