  • This piece is one that's been in my archives for almost 3 years now. I wanted to experiment with as many odd time signatures as possible, without going too crazy. The first version, which I wrote in December of 2020, was only composed with a flute, oboe, clarinet, violin, and a couple percussion instruments. Recently, I actually thought about uploading it as is. But I've had so much fun with remastering my works, that I wanted to give it a premiere at its fullest. I hope you enjoy my last remastered (and fully orchestrated) work of this year, "The Madman's Dance".
    P.S.
The name of the piece is partially inspired by the fact that many composers, past and present, tend to use odd time signatures to give their works more character, and to give the musicians more of a challenge. I would like you all to try and guess all the time signatures that are used. There's also two changes of key, and a hint to one of my past pieces. Good luck, and enjoy! :)
