I always thought of my dad as a fundamentalist Christian but I think he's just an extreme Christian narcissist who reads the bible for hours and hours every day. I mean he's a preacher I guess. We get along ok for the most part but sometimes he tries to start a debate out of the blue but I just decline. I think it's just to try to put me down or see if I'll get fired up. I only clicked on the video to see if this would explain him since I've never met a Christian so extreme. But yeah he's probably not a fundamentalist then.

I just wanna bask in the presence of Jesus FIRST…and have “Studying” as a far second. I’m even thinking about getting into Christian music. Logos was absolutely vital for my coursework, could not imagine not using it plus Word/Zotero with the Library at LU.

I have over a hundred books and commentaries that I enjoy reading. Is there a way I can put these in Logos if I subscribe? (I don't have any kindle books).

Do the NET study notes sync with other translations like the NASB 95 or ESV bibles within Logos? I have the free edition and would like to add the NASB 95 Bible and the NET 1st edition notes.

Logos has really transformed Bible study, which is great. The switch to a subscription model caught me off guard, though. I just found the full feature set at half price and am thinking about getting it. Honestly, sometimes it feels like it might have been better to stick with the previous version

I might be misremembering a bit but I’m quite sure that in the NLT, i think in John, it says that Jesus was angry, or something like angered, which is something i didn’t quite understand. Was he angered cause of their lack of faith?. But here in your version it chooses a different word, it seems to show that he was saddened by the view. Which idk…maybe i need to re read things from another version.
