Haha…. Yes, I grew up in Wigan before moving to Rossendale. 😀 18 months in Aberdeenshire & then over to the Isle of Lewis 🙌🏻

I did it the other way 30 years in Whitworth before moving to St helens. Beautiful photographs in a beautiful place

Hi Mark… It’s definitely an advantage knowing that we can nip back to a location at any point, the conditions are always different which is great for the photography. We’ve never actually been down onto the beach at low tide before so it was a good opportunity to see the beach from a different perspective in comparison to the morning. I did really like that image from the sunset outing, soft and calm oppose the the roaring waves at sunrise. The rocks… the one on the left had rain drop splatter 🤣 maybe it didn’t show up that much on the video but I’d prefer to head back and try again. It had already started to rain by the time I was shooting them and felt like I didn’t have the time to properly look. 🤣🤣🤣 Hi Mark, Mr Bimble… Truly a huge thanks for your support over the years. We always have a chuckle at your lovely comments and look forward to reading them 🩵 We had such an amazing time in Sunday, the footage was filmed handheld in 77mph gusts so am surprised we came away with away with anything to share but glad that we managed to capture some of the force… it was raging! Yes I tried a couple of slower shutter ICM images. We were inspired by the very talented Shona Perkins a few days earlier so decided to give it a go… it’s not easy!! Not a worry at all… Hope you’ve had a wonderful Christmas and looking forward to New Year. We had a broken fence and some tree damage but nothing serious. Hopefully there will be more opportunities to come, we really enjoyed the couple of hours! All the best for New Year, wishing you and your family all the very best. Hi Andrew, thanks so much, definitely a fantastic little location with lots of potential. Great this time of year with the setting sun and light over that way. Ahhh I was itching to get the wellies on but knowing when to be sensible is key… I did come away thinking all I seem to be saying at the moment is about being safe 🤦🏻‍♀️ Agree… sometime we spend hours trying to chose the right music, sometimes it’s easier than other videos but Epidemic Sound have a fabulous range to choose from. Hi Mark 😊 Thanks so much, it’s a little place that we’ve been wanting to return to, so I’m glad we stopped off to take a look. Initially the wide lens was on but I was feeling quite experimental so changed over. The intricate little details and textures are fascinating, even more so when you zoom in….. I love it when the images from the same 20 minutes are so different depending on the conditions. We’re still loving every second and say almost every day ‘we can’t believe we live here’ We’ve one more video to share before Christmas but if we don’t have the opportunity again… All the very best to you and your family.
