Hi Keith, glad you enjoyed the video. Barra was beautiful, we wanted to document our time and share the experience. Very kind of you, thank you Adele & Max 😊
Hi Robin, thank you… glad you enjoyed the video and photographs. Barra is beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer. Take care and thanks again Adele & Max 😊
Lovely stuff ladies, and a nice chilled out vlog. The image at c12:20ish with the rockpool in the foreground was a peach. Enjoy the rest of your trip, I look forward to seeing how you get on, but 4 times in 5 months that's just being greedy🚐🚐🚐 !!!🤣🤣🤣
Hi Mark…..😊😊 Glad you enjoyed the video, we wanted to document some of our travels along the way and introduce a little more of the journey to get where we go to. I really liked the rockpool…. the skies weren’t ideal but a lovely opportunity to photograph Barra. Haaaa we can’t get enough of the Islands Mark, hopefully we’ll squeeze in another trip before the end of the year. Thanks so much….we’ve a lot more to share with you yet. Take care Adele & Max 😊
Hi Peter, thank you…. We had an amazing first few days. Barra is a beautiful little island and we really enjoyed our time despite any atmospheric conditions. Thank you for watching and saying hi…. 😊 Adele & Max
The plastic bag over the camera made me laugh - I can't count how many times I did that in Florida 😂 You are braver than I would have been on that ferry. I would've been heaving over the side. Amazing mood in your images Adele, you certainly had beautiful skies to work with! And great video work by Max showcasing your locations and adventures. Glad you had a wonderful time! Looking forward to your next adventure! You both take care!
Hi Paul…. 🤣🤣 I bought a bag full of shower caps to take with us I case of windy/ rainy weather. They came in very handy!! It was actually quite calm on the crossing, I don’t do well either with sea sickness but feels better to be out on the open deck. I wasn’t overly happy with the images from Barra…. but you can’t chose the skies. We’ve a few more videos to come with some great conditions which was such a treat. Thanks so much as always for your kind words Paul, much appreciated. Take care Adele & Max 😊
The pinks, greys and blues were absolutely wonderful in all of the images you captured. What a job that would have been - too bad. 😁. Great video guys!
Hi Kelly, thank you. It was a difficult beach to try and create a clean image but was absolutely beautiful. Haaa I know…. Over looking that bay every day, imagine!! Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed the video 😊
Hi Cindy, thank you… glad you enjoyed the video. We wanted to document our time away exploring these incredible islands and as always lovely to be able to share our experiences. Thanks so much for watching. Take care Adele & Max 😊
Hi Ian, when we first visited the Outer Hebrides I packed my 24-70 and the 100-400mm lenses and found that was enough. I’ve since bought a 14-30mm and have really been enjoying using it along the beaches here. I suppose it depends on what kit you already have. Am sure you’ll enjoy the trip & the photography 😊 Take care Adele & Max
@@WarnerTatePhotography Hi, Thank you for replying with your list of equipment used in the Hebrides. I exchanged my DSLR for the Canon R50 with the 18-45 kit lens recently. I added the 50mm /1.8 which I love and as well as the RF-S 11-18mm. Watching your videos has convinced me that I need a telephoto. I am a bit disappointed about the range / price of lenses for this camera so, as the budget is tight right now I have bought an EF 75-300 with the necessary adapter for a little over £200! The bug got me years ago when with film I would mentally take many photos before actually pressing the shutter button. Like I think you are experiencing, you observe better what is around and enjoy the beauty and at times, the peacefulness of it. Sometimes I even get a decent picture! Now I am on a slightly different path through the opportunities that modern technology allows and by watching videos like yours and the host of pictures around. I hope to master the camera soon and am inspired by your videos which is something I have not yet tried; they are lovely to watch! Perhaps I can display any I get on a loop for my computer or picture frame! Anyway, thanks for your videos.
Beautiful photos, look forward to watching further vdeos
Thank you 😊😊 Very Kind. We’ve a lot more to come from our trip away… hope you enjoy what’s to come. Take care Adele & Max 😊

I am going to north history next summer for the first time. I now have a canon r50 so do you have any recommendations for kit to take?
