Richest Neighbourhoods in Mandeville: Manchester, Jamaica

We made a trek to Manchester parish and visited some prominent neighbourhoods, with our first stop being a community known as Battersea. An area located just off the New Green main road, exiting on Kendal road. This area is located only 2.6km from the Town Centre making it easily accessible and an ideal location to reside.
We also covered sections of another community known as Ingleside, which is adjacent the community of Battersea. This area is or can be accessed by the same road if one exits the Winston Jones Highway onto New Green road.
We covered the town area in April 2022, just about 2 years ago, pre redesigned entry/exit into the town and we are happy to be back in this beautiful parish.

Such big houses I am curious are they all occupied year round by big families or are the rented out to several individuals seem insane to have a 10 bedroom house with 5 or six people living there or having to spend months abroad to pay for maintenance not much land space around for a vegetable garden 🤷🏽‍♀️ Seems a waste but each his own as we know big houses in Jamaica are suppose to be a sign of wealth so you’ll get that much needed respect I guess
