We take our second aerial tour of the Newest Hotel to be built in Falmouth in the parish of Trelawny, Jamaica. This is the Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle!
This Hotel is the newest member of the Riu Hotels in Jamaica, with two (2) properties being in Negril, Hanover section namely: Hotel Riu Negril & Hotel Riu Palace Tropical Bay. Three (3) properties in Montego Bay, St. James namely: Hotel Riu Montego Bay, Hotel Riu Palace Jamaica & Hotel Riu Reggae and one (1) property in Ocho Rios, St. Ann known as: Hotel Riu Ocho Rios. This property in Trelawny now completes four (4) out of six (6) of the northern parishes on the Island and it's inclusion will make it Riu's seventh (7th) Hotel on the Island.
The Hotel is on schedule to be opened in the May 2024 and from what we have observed, the Hotel is well on the way to meet their deadline. Still under construction, this Hotel is about 90% complete with a few minor touches needed for its full readiness. We gave a promise that we would visit and as always, we always try to keep our promises.
This property sits adjacent Royalton Trelawny (Royalton Blue Waters & Royalton White Sands), a property we covered in 2022. We recommend watching the first rendition of this resort as well as that of the Royalton Resort. For those videos, here are direct links below:

Wonderful piece of work again my friend. Watched it three times already. Wondering what is next for you. With the pace of development at Princess would love to see the progress they have made so far escpecially with the beach area. Looks like they have done an amazing job so far. Would also love to see you add th Unico 18 77 being built just west of Iberostar to your portfolio. They completed the piling in June of last year and are now going vertical with the construction.
