They stated their full systems as "no tune needed" on their website. Have you tuned your ecu after this process ?

Its worth upgrading rockers or at least upgrading the bolts. If you havent already. Go with trunnion bearing upgrade too if the car doesnt already have them.

Looking to copy this sound on my accord. Did you just remove the 2 resonators, mufflers and the 3rd cat?

Have you tuned your ecu after this process or do you use stock map on your ecu ?

How did you get the headers to fit an aftermarket catback exhaust, i was told they dont match up and have to be extended, i have the AWE touring catback and want to get 2inch kooks

From 2011-2025, Suzuki GSXR 750 is exactly the same outside of the paint scheme. Great bike, I've owned one since 2022. Cool! Enjoy!

You probably tried driving it hard without allowing the break in time needed, 100% will break. Not the shops fault , not the cars fault, driver/owner most likely.

For anyone watching this please don't cut the pipe where he did, he cut it in the wrong place and that's the reason for all of his headache. Cut it an inch or so closer to the cat, you want to leave the weld part intact so that the mid pipe sits flush against it (and firmly). It may need some filing to the weld to get the mid pipe to fit but better to use some elbow grease than to make a near fatal mistake. Have the same year bike in 600 and am in the process of doing the cat delete. Love the M4 pipe but it needs a few more decibels in order to have my neighbours really like me.

I know you are saying no ones to blame but your wrong man. It's either your heads were not done properly when they were ported and arent sitting properly on your block right now or they were installed wrong . When you first sighted coolant missing with no leaks I would of pulled the oil dipstick and of been praying at the same time. 😂. If those oem heads were leaking you would of had issues before you ever had work done to them to start with. Best of luck man hope all works out for yoiu.

Was the engine stock?

Sounds like a really bad spun bearing, somehow it lost oil pressure maybe due to insufficient pump output during high rpm pulls overtime wearing out the stock bearings. Happens all the time on wrx and sti with bolt on mods. Not sure what the tolerance is those stock Chevy bottom ends but it’s probably a safe bet to go ahead and get a built bottom end too! Hopefully you can get it back up and running brotha! Don’t lose faith!
