I know this video is from a while ago, but I peeped the video where you had to jump it and heard the squeaking/chirping, My 6/6 had the same thing going on with it. I work at a shop and decided to replace my clutch and throwout bearing cuz I thought the chirping was the TOB as well. Turns out its not the TOB, it's the clutch fork pivot ball. the grease on the ball runs dry and wears away causing it to rattle around and squeak. When you push the clutch even a tiny bit it puts force on that fork and ball, causing it to be unable to move around which is why the squeak goes away. AFTER I replaced my clutch and TOB (both were fine smh) the sound persisted, so I used some wheel bearing grease and greased the ball and the sound went away. Your clutch def looked like it was toasted tho, just wanted to spread some knowledge bro. Love the car
never get rid of this car. if you look online, this thing is worth 30,000+ depending on the condition and miles, and you have a unicorn car because the manual transmission
These cars have a bad self adjusting clutch my 6-6 is currently getting a hard pedal after high rpm and if I miss (1st to 2nd which is rare) The car wouldn’t let me get into gear until it cools downs so I went ahead and ordered the xlr8 daily kit hopefully once it’s installed it feels a lot better

LUK clutches are pretty good plus its gonna drive way smoother than a stage 2 clutch.
LUK makes the OEM clutch & flywheel for this gen.
What exhaust did you have ? Im looking into getting one for my 2016 V6 coupe
