      간 소고기 450g 간 돼지고기 300g 설탕 2 테이블스푼 1. 고기에 설탕만 넣고 먼저 치대놓고 아래 재료들 준비 대파(쪽파) 흰부분 1 대 버섯 한 줌 양파 반 개 다진 마늘 1 테이블스푼 진간장 4 테이블스푼 미림 2 테이블스푼 참기름 2 테이블스푼 찹쌀가루(전분) 2 테이블스푼 올리고당(알룰로스) 1 테이블스푼 후추 약간 2. 야채들은 전부 다져서 준비 3. 양념 넣고 먼저 치대다가 야채 넣고 치대기 4. 동글동글 모양 만들어서 살짝 눌러준 후 후라이팬에 오일 두르고 중약불에서 천천히 노릇하게 굽기 5. *소스: 간장 1, 미림 1, 굴소스 2, 올리고당 듬뿍 고기구웠던 팬에서 기름 살짝 닦아내고 끓이기 저는 미국에서 구할 수 있는 재료들로 이렇게 해서 만들었어요☺️

      moxy라는 호텔 브랜드인데요, 한 달에 천만원 넘게 주고 잘 곳은 절대절대 아니에요..🥲 잘 찾아보시면 더 좋은 컨디션에 더 저렴하게 나온 호텔들도 있고, 장기면 서블렛쪽으로 찾아보셔요!
