Hello Eungyeong. I am thinking about your experience at the school and all the ideas you'll be coming up with and taking home with you. The ties of having everyone close and surviving each test and dish builds a nice atmosphere for learning and life growing. Also, your palette is awake all the time, when you go out or stay in, everything becomes exciting. I think it is American Thanksgiving this week. I live next door to you in Canada, as a child we cooked sausages and turkey at the same time and our cranberry sauce was ground with oranges. It is nice you had the opportunity to judge a contest and see the joy of cooking and presenting before you. I'm glad that the school has been good for you and that you found a good group of people for companionship and support. Keep doing well and enjoying every step!! Take Care. Bonne Appetit!! 💖👩🍳💖
Wait until you get what we call "northeast" snow storm, anywhere between 30- 90 cm (1-3 feet). Maybe then you will get classes cancelled. We usually get 1-3 big storms per year. This is nothing for upstate NY.
When your alcohol was taken away, I almost cried for you ahahaha. Thanksgiving is soon! I'm interested in what you think about all of the typical Thanksgiving dishes. It's usually a holiday that people spend with their families. However, it's become popular for people to also have a "Friends-giving" that they do with their close friends.
I remember one day in class, we got to try turkey with cranberry sauce and gravy. My classmates said it's like a Thanksgiving thing. It was my first time having it, and I really liked it. Cranberry sauce is awesome! I heard about 'Friendsgiving' recently. It sounds fun and it would be nice if I can do it with my friends. But in reality, I’m scheduled to work the whole weedend.
@@euncook Cranberry sauce is great! Now you have to try the jellied cranberry sauce (comes inside a can) and decide which you like better. A true American debate. That's sad that you're working during the holiday. But thankfully you can do Friendsgiving whenever you want! It doesn't have to be on Thanksgiving day.
You are right. There is but. In the United States, there is no age restriction when it comes to educating yourself higher. You are going to learn until you no longer can. Thats one of the reason why the US grew big and fast in 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and more.
Happy for you that you have acclimated so well to the U.S. cooking school. Enjoy learning and the opportunity to make new friends. 👍
Thank you 😊
So nice to see products from Spain. Like the truffle from Teruel! Greetings from Spain.

Thank you so much 🫶

yeah, SURE, they poured the whiskey down the drain - that has got to be the best job at the school - you go around stocking your bar room by room!
