The coffee can incident had me laughing out loud. Not the kind of trauma you were expecting from college ahahaha.
Your potatoes were looking pro at the end. I don't know why a potato needs to have seven sides, but great job!

Hello, You are doing great! The potato, carrot and parsnip carving was always a challenge, I kind of liked them in different sizes. Your school is on a much grander scale then the one I attended but still similar in the different roles you take on. Have you had to do any of the main meals in the kitchen yet for the other students? I noticed in one scene where a birthday balloon hung in the air. If it was your birthday, I hope you have a year full of happy memories and moments!! If not, Alice in Wonderland provides a wonderful excuse to celebrate every day but your birthday. So, A Very Merry UnBirthday To You, To You!! 🎂 🎂 I wondered if you found these classes easier to follow and understand because you've had experience in behind the counter, as well as the business side of a restaurant and café? Take Care, Fighting! Hurray For You, Eungyeong!! 🌞🌞 ☀☀ 🌞🌞

Hi Eungyeong! It is fun to see your adventures in NY. One thing I thought to mention was that Americans don’t eat Americanized Chinese food very often even though it seems like there are a lot of places like that where you are. I actually don’t eat it at all personally. I just thought I might say it would be a good idea to try if you can find a Whole Foods market and buy meals prepared more freshly you may have a better experience. Also finding farmer’s markets that happen once a week in most cities would be a great idea too!

뭐하고 지내셔요? 공부하느라 눈코뜰새 없이 빠쁘신가요? 7월의 한국은 비가 너무 많이 내려 탈이네요. 건강하세요!
