I think those scissors with all the blades are for cutting herbs but I’ve never tried them. Williams Sonoma is one of my favorite places, I want to try a Shun knife one day but they’re so expensive. I usually get their rubber spatulas because the rubber doesn’t break and the wood handles are very sturdy. Great for scraping mixer bowls. Have a fun and restful winter break!
Annyeonghaseyo Eungyeong❣You did it, finished your first batch of classes, fell even more in love with cooking and made friends, all struggling and succeeding with you❣❣❣ I'm very proud of you, getting past all the scariness of the unknown to come to a point where the school is comfortable, the classes are comfortable and being away from your boyfriend and family is comfortable. That is a lot to deal with, but you treated it all, like making a sandwich, wrapping it in paper, cutting it, folding it, and putting it out to be admired. I hope you enjoy yourself, get some energy back and rejoice in the smiles and laughter, you will receive from your boyfriend and your family. It makes me feel quite happy for you. It will be nice for you being back in Korea, seeing your restaurant, having conversations about food with your parents, so many little things that come up when you return home and see things a little richer. I would have left you a message for your birthday, one that would fill up your whole birthday year with warm smiles and care. What is your birthday? I think you just hinted March or April. Well, if you know Alice in Wonderland, I can wish and sing the unbirthday song for you. It covers every day but your actual birthday, nice, isn't it!! I will let you rest, sleep well. "Hey guys, I'm trying to lose weight." And then the next 10 minutes is just you eating non stop. Ahahahahah It's hard to lose weight when one of the best parts of life is food. Happy belated birthday! It's amazing how far you've come and I'm thankful that you're sharing your journey with us. Looking forward to your next semester!
