When he teamed up with Gohan & Krillin on Namek, that was it for me. Then I found out he knocked up Bulma, I was like, "How??? Yamcha must've f*cked up!"

It’s been a while since I watched it(though I’ve seen it multiple times)…but when I think on it…the whole PAIN arc(including the jiryah & Naruto fights) is PEAK ANIME. Story telling, character arcs/building, animation (mixed bag of great and questionable),fight choreography and direction, voice acting, and in depth conversations about the human nature. It’s strong stuff. Great video

In my opinion even that episode is severely worse than in the manga, like Kaneki's hair just changing to white is so cliche in the anime industry and the manga actually tried to be unique by making it that his hair changed due to stress and not some anime bullshit (Same goes later on in the manga where his hair simply starts to regrow and returns to black). Even the scene where Kaneki says "I'm a ghoul" is way better executed than "Edgy" anime vibe the episode gave off of

AND he's the best dressed anime character! (excluding the JoJo cast I guess)

Wait… Goku never did beat Vegeta. In fact… Vegeta won the first fight. Goku was out of commission, and the rest jumped Vegeta. I wonder why they let him lose so much. Guess they have to keep Goku the star.

Tokyo Ghoul is actually a pretty deep story. Its not about action, ghoul fights allat stuff. It about the story, the complexities of characters and how they develop throughout the story and affect the story. Best part of a story that it shows, it doesnt tell. Tokyo Ghoul conveys the message by showing. Like, Tokyo Ghoul showed Kaneki's backstory by showing us hints of it and doesnt spoonfeed every detail and leaves us at the interpretation of his past. Another thing I like about Tokyo Ghoul is how characters affect the stories have their own complex themes and every interaction is build up and set up. Like, Amon Vs Kaneki, Mado and Hina's interaction and everything. Everything is build up and executed perfectly. Tokyo Ghoul's season 1 was amazing. Why? Because its adapted the first half of tokyo ghoul manga perfectly because the studio listened to the author and the story was executed perfectly (except some scene cuts). Keep in mind, I said this about season 1, not the other seasons.

I normally don't comment on videos, but I wanna say. Thank you for making this video, before I even got into the series I knew she was gonna be special and she has been. She's beautifully written as a character and you can see she's growing up when the story progresses. Goes for every character as well. One of my favorite characters in all of fiction.

Read LN because this is an absolute joke Asuna's character is a control freak It's quite that simple, the Anime actually glazes her by cutting out almost every scene she is shown terribly in (Pretty much everything) I never realised this myself till I read LN as I used to love Asuna but then.. yeah... she is a bitch put simply. Also calling Asuna one of the strongest is a laugh, She isn't even top 5.

Without knowing who Toji was when he appeared in the anime, I knew he'd be good since he has DIO's voice

What's sad is that many people don't give DBZ and Toriyama his props when it comes the story telling in dbz. they just label it as a basic anime cause of simple fights and action. Toriama and Togashi are the most influential manga writers of all time.
