Also something I kind of wish they focused on with Stain is that when you get down to it he's almost quirkless. Yes he has a quirk but it's a heavily situational one. All those fighting skills he had, the inhuman speed, insane reactions and strength, that's all the result of extreme levels of conditioning and training, showing that yes it is possible to become a hero without a quirk. Hate that no one in the series ever even examines this

It reminds me how much of a waste it was to have quirk users as the primary antagonists in the World heroes' mission movie, they have the perfect set up for a quirkless group of antagonists and fumbled it so hard. soundtrack was good at least

No, you can't be a pro hero without a quirk. Or rather more accurately, it's a bad idea.
Bottom line is that you're not gonna be very successful in your career if you fail to save someone cause a thug who controls garbage cans pummeled you.
You'd be dead weight and nobody would want to work with you nor is the government gonna want to pay you.
Stain is no pushover but at the end of the day he got beaten up by 3 freshmen high schoolers. He ambushes people with an instant win quirk, you can't discount how OP Bloodcurdle actually is. If he had actually fought a pro hero fair and square he'd get his ass kicked.

    Spoiler warning:
Bro, Stain was done so dirty. He appeared for like a few episodes at the start of the show, setting him up to be one of the coolest characters, only for him to have zero screen time for the next few seasons. And when he finally gets back in the action towards the end he gets absolutely body slammed by AFO 😭

Stain was certainly an interesting character and the stuff he raised could've compelled more interesting story elements, sadly because Horikoshi rushed through the manga all the interesting stuff was basically pushed aside.
The Heroic Public Safety Commission is Extremely Corrupt
The Quirk Counseling that caused Toga to become more unhinged than before
Discrimination in the world of quirks both against Heteromorphs and Quirkless people
The Prison Break and Dark Deku arcs
The examination of the darker aspects of Hero society.
    The Meta Liberation Front
    Stars and Stripe
All interesting ideas and all more or less thrown in the trash after a little while leaving us readers very disappointed.

Agreed in this way Stain has an importance in the story. Even if his actions were crazy in his actions.
There were heroes that used their titles for their own selfish gain. While there were those who didn't carry their own weight at all in the society.
Would have liked to get a story line where it is revealed of heroes actually being connected to crime.
Mha world is messed up. Endeavor was the hero his society that their society created ans as such deserve.
In this way Stain is a character that helps others question their very hero system.
And yes his outfit is fire. As well as his quirk. Think about it he could save your blood and lick it from long distance then snipe you without any resistance.

meet Uravity, and it would get him to see that not all people seeking the career of a hero for monetary reasons aren't always doing for completely self-interested reasons and also think it was a mistake of him go after Ingenium I think would've made more sense if he targeted Bakugou because at this point he was far being a good person let alone a hero you could have Deku jump and Stain to ask why would he defend someone who tormented him for years if your wondering how he knew he probably got the info be grilling one of the kids from there middle school class and he still see Deku as ture hero for still trying to save him inspite of there past

Cool video, I don't see it this way. Stain is cool in theory, but the actual writing of Stain is flawed. For example, we need to understand why Stain considers Endeavor a fake. At that point, Endeavor is considered an earnest, no-nonsense hero. He's not really seen as "bad". Yet Stain calls him out. Stain doesn't know anything about Endeavor on a personal level, nor does Endeavor worship money. Endeavor is just as hardworking as All Might, if not more since he gets the most cases done. Endeavor wasn't even motivated by the hero society; it was just his own internal drive. I can't even think of one pro hero who is genuinely corrupt, as Stain puts it. The students don't even get in trouble for their actions, even though it is illegal. Mha has an issue with showing off how grey society is. The story doesn't even go into Stain's motives(origins) as well. It just vaguely tries to say the school he went to also had problems with heroism, but we don't understand what
