@jonathanbravo8052 Hello Jonathan, unfortunately, no, it doesn't have the Pod Racer font. I love that one also. On some of their Proffie versions, it does have that font. @mgpmbass3616 Thank you so much for the information. Yes, I am aware of the update. But honestly, I think it is ridiculous that Arcade1up is charging for it to be flashed. Especially since we have been looking for this fix from day one. I wouldn't have minded if they gave us a choice to do it ourselves for free, or if you wanted to have them do it, then they could have charged. But the way they are forcing people to pay for something that should have worked from the beginning is insane. It's utterly ridiculous. I do appreciate you stopping by all. Thanks again.👍

@robinjhunter Did you just use the pinner mod to install the Williams tables? Maybe it was fixed in that software. There was an update a very long time ago that addressed it. I have never added tables to the Star Wars machine, so I wouldn't know. Hey, if it works, it works. Most of that issue was also coming from the accelerometer PCBA card nudging the ball while you were playing . Hopefully, it stays that way for you.👍

@dudesarcade Yes, I actually did quite a while ago. I did replace it, and it has never happened to me again.

@MattSturm-b3i Hello Matt. This is exactly the problem I had intionaly. The machine will only connect to the 2.5 ghtz signal from your modem/router. You have to force it on that signal through your gateway settings. But, with my original modem, I could not do it at all. I had to exchange my modem from Xfinity for a model a bit older to do it. Because some of the newer modems only connect on a 6ghz signal. You have to have a modem that has both 2.5 and 5.0 ghtz signals. Not a 6.0 ghtz modem. Hope that helps.

@JesterTester just to be clear, when you say it is very stiff, what do you mean? I just want a little clarification, please. Just curious. I don't know if I wore it as a Halloween costume addition, that when I sit down, it would break or not.

@william1988-dec No, it definitely wouldn't break. With some of my other Batman costumes 89 Keaton and Dark Knight, both belts are foam and rubber latex. So I guess what I was saying is that those are extremely flexible. Easy to bend and sit without it digging in. The Neca belt is entirely made with a hard plastic shell with a vinyl coating over the top. So, it feels definitely different than the latex molded belts. More solid. But I did wear it with my 89 costume, and it worked fine. I could sit with it, but bending at the waist wasn't as comfortable as the latex belts but still doable. Hope that helped.

Even though proffie boards can offer many options, the learning curve to download the options is steep. The SNV4 gives an incredible variety of options without any computer work to download fonts and effects. Thank you again for your awesome support. I sincerely appreciate it.

@zenlazer-dg6fr Thanks so much for watching. I chose the Neopixel option that runs the SNV4.0 board, which I prefer over the proffie setup. Also, I always choose 32-inch blades. For me, the 36-inch blades are just too long for me. Unless you are over 6 feet tall, then the 36 inches may be better for you. I hope I have answered your question. Thanks again for stopping by. @Steveleebeck Sorry to hear that. It sucks. Arcade1up has a new PCBA replacement kit. It's a bit of a different setup than the original. I had to do it with mine. If your table is in warranty It will be free. If not, then they will charge you for it. With shipping, it was like $100.00

@@JesterTester Cant you hook the Daphne emulator up to the monitor? That will give you the most accurate arcade experience plus all the great extras & you will be able to use any res files & play all the classic laserdisc games. Thats what I would do if I got swindled on this cabinet. I played this for quite awhile at a local game shop because I was considering buying one & made it to the end on easy mode only because im very familiar with the original & knew the audio cues but it was still a very horrible disaster. Impossible to play it on hard mode like it was intended to be. If you just want it for a showroom piece then thats your business but it being so unplayable would bother me

@patientmental875 Yes, that would be great. Right beside it, I have a retropie setup that plays all the laser games anyway from mame. They work perfectly. I just wouldn't know if I could get the extra led score panel to work with the Arcade 1up. Dragons Lair. That would be perfect if I could. I will have to look into it. I really wish they could have easily put out a patch for the cabinet. I was infuriated when I heard they weren't going to fix it.

@@JesterTester You could just run a cheap laptop to it for only the laserdisc games

@Darkporter Hello, thanks so much for watching. Yes, many distributors are carrying TXQ brand sabers. I believe Theory sabers deal with TXQ also. But, I am not positive about that. NSabers is a TXQ distributor. They change or add minor things to their sabers.The distributor sometimes upgrades their THQ sabers to have some different sound fonts, and effects also give special cases and extras they want to include. There are only a few saber makers that truly make their own from scratch. Usually, you can tell those by the price. They are usually in the thousands of dollars. But always contact a company and ask if they are a distributor for a mass-produced saber or if they are original made products. Hope that helps a bit.

@Darkporter Yes, definitely look into any of the distributors. Some can be shady or a bit untrustworthy. Definitely look into the distributor selling you the sabers. Make sure they offer you the best returns policies. if their communication is good. Check for their warranties, if they will replace or repair your saber. What are the amenities or upgrades that particular distributor offers. Those such things. NSabers has performed very well in those areas, as do a few other reputable companies. Kyberlight CC sabers Saber Forge And others are TXQ resellers. Vaders Vault, I believe, makes their own custom sabers. Along with Ultra Sabers, and a few others.

You still need wifi connection at the very start up of cabinet. But now, after you get it going and download the games, they can be played offline now. Hello, thanks for reaching out. You have to make sure you have a combo router. That sendsasignal on 2.4ghz and either 5 or 6 ghz. The machine must connect to the 2.4 ghtz signal. So you have to force it on that signal. If you have a button on your gateway/router, push it to pair on 2.4. If there is no button, you can go into settings in the and set it to connect to 2.4 ghtz signal. You can also set it up as a guest and use a hotspot through your phone to get online. You can also use a signal extender and set the extender to just find the 2.4 ghtz signal. Place the machine close to your gateway/router when first setting it up.let me know if any of that helps.

@@JesterTester thanks for the reply! I did they and finally got it to work at my house long enough to download all the games and set it up. Now I have to take it to my dad’s and pray his router is already 2.4, cause I don’t want to have to modify his WiFi also.

I have a few baselit ones also. I agree, I really don't need the Proffie set up either. Everything in these is good enough for me. But I know many others love the customization of the Proffie boards. To each their own right. Whatever you like, that's the right one for you.

Yes, it is the neopixel. SN4.0, yes, some do get a little complex. Like the proffie boards. They take a little time learning how to download fonts and all. Xenopixels are nice You can use your phone and control lighting effects and all. But with the neo pixel, you get basically everything most need and their easy to use. Thanks for watching.
