I don't think it can beep automatically if you're out of proximity of your phone. However, if you notice your phone missing you can double tap the smart tag button (if setup for reverse ping) and it should ring your phone loud enough for you to hear it... useful to find your phone around the house...

It's legal to buy but most likely there are restrictions. Obviously check with your provincial driving laws. For use in the car is to your own discretion, as with all things like texting and driving. I wouldn't go around having it constantly on though - again that's asking for trouble.

I believe the 360 View app combined with data from the Canbus allows for this.

Trust me bro the prep work was done but failed considering how much greater force I was applying to pry that mirror off as compared to how easy it looked in other videos. Rather than risk a broken mirror, I opted for a more creative approach. I consider this an alternative which works for me.

Thanks for the info! I'll probably reiterate that again in the description. I assume people will be using this in the car as a novelty few times and far between. To have it continuously on in the car is asking for trouble. For purposes of a store sign and such is fine. Cheers

My bad! Actually I shouldn't have been so hastily changing & speeding though recording. I just recreated it just now. It does scroll the text continuously with the entire width of the panel. If you set the "Animation Style" to "move left" as I did, you need to select the Horizontal Alignment to "Align Left" as well (which I failed to do in the video). Otherwise it thinks each screen section should be centered which creates the blank spaces...

Your best bet would be buying it separately on Aliexpress... it's easily available. I have it on another car atm

At night I usually set brightness to the lowest which is easier on the eyes. I think for the purposes of filming I set it to high in the video. Cheers

I haven't come across any head unit with a 360 android app yet that could do that yet but it certainly would be software driven. I could see that as a potential feature in the future. For now, the turning signals will switch to the side cameras automatically as I showed in the video... and will switch back to AA if were using it previously so I assume it would function the same for CarPlay. Cheers

You'll need to contact your head unit manufacture to activate your native 360 App. Hopefully they are willing because sometimes they consider it a value add for another model that they advertise specifically with 360 compatibility. Usually they activate that before shipping out. Cheers

Sorry for the late response. I must have missed your comment! My CarPlay testing has been pretty fair in terms of response. Do you mean a delay connecting? Because I have the same issue (on my H5/H6) where it takes a few seconds to sometimes many seconds for bluetooth to pair up...

The original owner of the tag must remove the device from their Samsung Account first in this case before paring it with a different account.

Hmm if you exhausted all options I would suggest a complete reboot of your unit or last case a factory reset. Another thing maybe is to maybe switch back to the oem unit temporarily to see if it returns to normal. I don't remember if there were any sound settings in the original factory unit since my oem broke. I would also suggest chatting with Ainavi support to see what they can advise you with.

@djbogdi5029 You may want to contact Ainavi support chat on aliexpress directly to get your factory password. Your firmware is probably newer than mine from the video which explains the difference. Cheers

@-AJ-M Only native oem 360 camera support. 3rd party 360 cameras that use the 12 pin connector like in my other 360 video won't work. Cheers

I didn't see any option for that in my H5. Granted though my model is slightly older now they may have updated it with the newer H6. My suggestion is to contact them directly to see if that feature is available. I know that in my other Dasaita G13 this is an option. Cheers

I should also mention, if you seen my 360 view camera install they do have dynamic trajectory. That's only with the 360 camera system.

If I were just changing it out like regular furnace filters with 3mo intervals, probably 1.5 years. But most of the time I can leave one in for 4 or 5 months with little need to swap out. I'd say one whole panel could last 2 to 3 years where I live (which is decent sub-urban Canadian air). Cheers

@paulpurington8637 thanks! There's a lot of rav4 drivers here! I find I'm using Android Auto 99% of the time I'm driving just because it's so convenient and easy to get going. Only when I'm on a long trip somewhere unfamilar or planning multiple routes I prefer using the native Google maps app. Split screen is really useful in these cases. Cheers

In my opinion, I don't think those extra small checkerboards are used at all in terms of the auto-calibration. As you mentioned, as long as you have those large black corner squares of same dimensions - I think you should be good. Let me know how it turns out! Cheers

The side cameras used were part of my 360 kit and simply connects just like the front and rear. It draws power from the unit and signals are triggered by the canbus directly so no splicing of wires were needed. Thanks for watching! Cheers

I can't speak for the newer models of the H6 but the one I have from last year, both mics honestly have major distortion and no software config for this so if this is a priority for you, I would hold off for more opinions. There are other units which have better call quality, but since I don't have the newer H6 model I digress in my critisms. I've found no android unit has the same or better quality as the stock toyota mic.

Navigation arrows i'm not certain what is meant by that, probably not found on my 2020 Rolla, but if it interacts with native apps on your factory unit it may not function properly or not at all. That's a very good question about right-side vehicles, I think you're best bet to get answers would be contacting Dasaita sales directly as unfortunately I can't confirm your two questions myself in totality. I got one and mine was horrible. Everything was amazing but the headset mic was really bad and the external mic situation didn't work because even tho it was connected the head unit mic was still working so the person I was speaking to could hear themselves twice and it was a headache. I contacted them and they sent some update but the issue still remained and I saw many others having the same issue

Generally all android units suffer the same fate. I find this one is definitely better than my ainavi unit however they all don't compare 100% to stock. It does take some setup to get a better result though depending on the mic location and your environment. There are some calls which are perfectly fine and some have distortion issues. But I agree mic quality does suffer with these android units as I haven't encountered one that I can definitively say has consistent quality. Cheers

Hey man! Thanks, funny that you mention that. I was at the coffee drive thru earlier and most times I do notice an acceleration delay on the rolla. Sometimes it happens and sometimes not. I actually never knew this product exists - Does this correct it? How is it for you & have you encountered any side effects?

@squishyhammer I highly recommend it. It has improved the driving experience without a doubt. I keep mine on sport 7. You can get one through there website or probably from eBay and if you don't think it makes a difference or you don't like it then just return it but I'm pretty sure you'll be fairly surprised with the results, and it hooks up with like one or two cables I'm sure you will have no issues, there's a good video showing how to install it. It doesn't increase the overall speed of the vehicle just the responsiveness of the acceleration, even if you floor the gas, Toyotas have a built-in limiter into the ECU and the x pedal essentially overrides it. It just makes the vehicle feel much more In tune

There's another thing I want to mention, and hopefully it can help someone out there cause It confused the crap out of me. A couple months ago my water pump went bad, a common issue with these, so I had it repaired at Toyota. I also have an AInavi head unit, before I took my car in to get repaired, everything was functioning correctly on my Toyota remote connect app, but after they worked on it the app was no longer able to work because the app said "cannot complete while car is being serviced, please try again later" I could not start my car or lock it or anything with the app, until I hooked up my OEM radio back up and right away popped up a message talking about service mode and asking if I should remove it so if course I did and that fixed the issue, I have now reinstalled my Android unit and can successfully use my app again. I really don't understand how the dealership put it into service mode in the first place considering I gave it to them with the Android unit in there but I'm guessing maybe the car detected it was being worked on and just did it automatically or something like that.
