Thanks for your support. Zoho does have a CRM client portal, but it's really limited and very expensive (if you want to use it for more than one customer type)

Well that's completely customizable. The point of the course is to teach people how to make the client portal and through that, they learn how to customise it to their needs. The UI is the simple to improve (I just didn't spend much time on that due to the length of the course already being quite long focusing on functionality)

@@ZohoExpert I agree and I genuinely thank you for that! If you could improve a simple think as the UX of the User portal I would buy it right now! I Know how HTML and CSS work, but I don't it really boring to design something from default. I feel like a good design would save us several hours and the course would be a complete , ready to use, product!

Can the clients use it as an app or just in a web browser?

I think you could publish the client portal as a downloadable creator app, but I don't see any benefit. It's currently great how the client can click the button from any device to access the Client Portal
