Great video. Thank you. If you could expand on the usage of accounts instead of contacts and the retainer invoice process. That would be greatly appreciated.

It’s already set to sync the account instead of the deal: www.zohoapis.com/books/v3/crm/account/
Retainer invoice is very similar, just change this: Create_Invoice_Response = zoho.books.createRecord("Invoices",Books_Org_ID,Create_Invoice_Map,"ze_books");
To this:
Create_Invoice_Response = zoho.books.createRecord("Retainer_Invoices",Books_Org_ID,Create_Invoice_Map,"ze_books"); (it might be RetainerInvoice, or something similar- I can’t check right now as I’m on my iPad

Im sorry I didn't explain myself corrrectly,
You mentioned the correct way is to always use accounts rather than contacts. We work directly with customers. I was wondering why and what would be the proper way if you are not b2b.
The retainer invoice part.
We also work with deposit and multiple payments, I just wanted to learn more about your process.

@@accuratelycorp Usually, the account with be “Surname Family” and then the husband and wife would each be a contact of that account. That way you can take full advantage of all Zoho’s built in features
