In this video, I briefly show you how to set up a "Workflow Rule" in Zoho CRM to automatically email your client again after X number of days if they have not responded to your email by then.

This was very helpful. I have a workflow now that checks the subject and contents of an inbound email, updates the deals record with some data that is found in the subject line. I know there's a parse function for email but it creates a lead or creates a contact. I'm looking for a way to parse everything out of the email message so that it can be added to a note on the record. Do you have any insight into how to accomplish this?

I use Deal stage and date fields to control when I chase clients. So when the client responds, a date is updated in the record (last response date) and this then stops further chasing based on the rules I have set up.
