Hi! My name is Mike. ASMR has helped me get the fleeting sleep I need, so I thought I owed it to the universe to try and help others through the same means.
ASMR You're Shadowing a Night Doctor...Virtually
In this video, you'll be medical student virtually shadowing a night doctor. It will likely be more calm than you expect.

ASMR is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. While not everyone experiences these tingles, many people find different aspects found in the ASMR community relaxing and can very easily induce sleep.
