ASMR is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. While not everyone experiences these tingles, many people find different aspects found in the ASMR community relaxing and can very easily induce sleep.

Honestly just be yourself. The interviewers are you just a bunch of years from now. They want to see if you're a fit for their program but more importantly you should feel like they're a good fit for you. Keep that in mind. You'll do great!

Didn’t know insulin resistance was correlated with heart disease. I have both. Was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse after heart surgery as a kid and then later in life insulin resistance and pcos symptoms appeared. They said there is not a treatment:(
