ASMR is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. While not everyone experiences these tingles, many people find different aspects found in the ASMR community relaxing and can very easily induce sleep. Some classic relaxation-inducing vocal sounds include soft voices, slow cadence, whispering, inaudible whispering and mouth sounds. Other ASMR or relaxing sounds using objects knows no limits!
