ASMR is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. While not everyone experiences these tingles, many people find different aspects found in the ASMR community relaxing and can very easily induce sleep.

Hi I found this video helpful I've got complex post traumatic stress disorder generalized anxiety disorder and depression I struggle with dissociation flashbacks anxiety panic attacks insomnia and chronic neck back and shoulder pain and isolation as I don't have any adult family or friends I struggle to cope with the images of over 25 years of abuse going round my head day and night and this video helped me to feel calmer a video grounding a PTSD flashback is something that I'd find helpful to ground me in the present moment thanks.
