ASMR is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. While not everyone experiences these tingles, many people find different aspects found in the ASMR community relaxing and can very easily induce sleep.

4th year med student and I watch asmr to relax... Thank u... This was the first asmr video I watched where I was not relaxed, but actually paying attention like I was in class, almost have me taking notes... ThAnKs AlOt!

I’m currently trying to get over five years of medical anxiety and avoiding doctors at all costs, so I’ve been watching a lot more medical ASMR roleplays lately. I’m so happy I found this video because this kind of stuff is what makes me the most anxious, and I actually felt myself relax for a change. 😅 I’ll be coming back to this one - thank you!! 💕

This was very helpful. I have Chronic Kidney Disease, Gastroparesis, High Blood Pressure, SVT, and get super short of breath a lot and i have ended up in the hospital more times in the last year and a half then i have even been able to keep track of due to my ongoing health issues.
Very enjoyable ASMR. Handsome Mike has a wonderful smile and inspires confidence.
